Good communication from the start to finish had a new combination boiler supplied and fitted. The boiler was delivered on the day when the fitters arrived at 8am. Job was completed and the fitters had no problem answering any questions we had regarding the new boiler and thermostat control. Polite and clean workers.

This is a truthful and honest review. I had not used Direct Heating Installations Ltd before & this was my first experience with them. What made me give a five-star rating? In short:

- They were punctual.
- They listened to my requirements.
- They were always keen to ask my opinion when the plan needed to be adjusted.
- They were respectful of my property & kept it clean.
- They were friendly and approachable.
I believe I received excellent value for money & considering the points I've mentioned above, I recommend Direct Heating Installations Ltd for any heating or plumbing challenge. I had a new boiler & radiators moved / fitted.

Our boilers broke down the week before our baby was due which was a very stressful time for us. Direct Heating were great and patched up our old boilers so we weren’t left cold before the new boiler could be ordered and fitted. Matt went out of his way to make sure our new boiler was ordered and fitted asap before our baby was born. The guys worked late on both days to make sure we had heating and hot water before we went to hospital which is very much appreciated.

They have a good attention to detail because they have; neatened up the old existing pipe work (giving us more space in the garage), the flue now comes out of a small chimney on the garage roof whereas it came out the front of the house before which was always unsightly and they have matched our bricks when filling in the old flue hole.

Really can't say enough how fortunate we were to find DHI. When our plumber let us down at the last minute, DHI stepped in, re-arranged other commitments to fit us in, arrived on time and were quick, professional and explained everything.

They even accommodated our extra requests to move one radiator three inches (seriously!! :) ), gave us great advice to improve on what we had had previously recommended and did everything with a smile and a desire to help.

It is no surprise they are a Which Trusted Trader: it is clearly, and absolutely, deserved.

I did have a bit of trouble getting a call back from the office team, but once my appointment was made everything was just fine. Direct Heating Installations fitted my boiler and installed my central heating, and I have been a customer of theirs for 12 years now. They service my boiler each year at a very reasonable rate, and their engineers are just lovely. Polite, professional and helpful, they always make sure I know what they've done, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Thanks to Matt for assembling such a great team, and thanks also to Harry, this year's Superstar!

This is second time I have had to ring Direct Heating. Once last year, I rang late on a Friday and had to leave a message regarding a fault on the boiler they had installed, asking if they could ring me back. I heard nothing from them. On Thursday 22 September 2022, I rang them at 9.00am, to say that water was pouring from the boiler and could an engineer attend. I was told someone would ring me back. Again I heard nothing from them all day. I had to ring Worcester Bosch for their advice, who were brilliant and sorted an engineer for today Friday 23 September, all sorted now. It appears Direct Heating want to take your money for installs and £78.00 for a so called service, but do not want the hassle of any repairs, or inform you of what to do regarding contacting Worcester Bosch. My advice, try a more reliable company.

We got four quotes for a new boiler and installation. This company was not quite the lowest but we were impressed by their full understanding of the work and break down of the costs (which we could check from two similar but higher quotes). We had done an online quote request but as there were some parts of the work that we were concerned about not being straightforward, we also got a quick visit to make sure that everything would be done as quoted. Installation day was trouble free. The work was expertly done and the service faultless (including leaving everything tidy and the customer aftercare). We’re delighted and highly recommend this company.

Fitted my new combi boiler and took away the old one. Did a great job and were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Price was really good as well. Even tidied up afterwards like they'd never been here. 100% recommend and would use this company again.

Direct Heating Installations recently fitted a complete central heating system at our house in Leeds. This company were a pleasure to work with and the quality of the work they have done for us is superb. They worked tirelessly to ensure job was completed on time with a minimum of disruption and we are really happy with the result. The price was very competitive too.

Punctual, polite, friendly and helpful people who are very good at their job. This firm were a class act from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish, really quick response to our request for a quote. Matt and the team provided great advice and suggestions to help us get the right solution for our situation. High quality job completed on time and to budget. Team were very helpful and efficient and left everything tidy/ no rubbish, we wouldn't know they had been in. Boiler service booked, engineer called to say he would be arriving in 20 minutes. Bang on time he arrived, very polite and got straight on with service. Absolutely no complaints at all, great job from an excellent company.

Fitted my central heating must be going on 10 years now. Did the normal get 3 quotes and proposals, they took into consideration the layout of my property what was needed. Which I had no real idea of what I needed apart from heating and hot water; I knew what I didn’t want

Competitive prices, friendly and always answer my silly questions e.g. how to top up the water level in my boiler.

Have them out every year to service the boiler. Can’t recommend them enough.
