We recently had a new unvented system boiler installed by Direct Heating Installations LTD, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Matt, Tom, and Jimmy were absolute professionals—knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous in their work.

Their quote was very competitive, and they delivered exactly what was promised, completing the installation over two and a half days without any issues. They not only installed the new system flawlessly but also took care of removing the old water tanks and ensured everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The unvented system they installed is perfect, providing excellent performance and efficiency. They also took care of registering the boiler with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.

Fantastic, Mat and the team were super efficient, our boiler packed in on the Thursday and after a full day of trying to fix it with no luck we needed a new boiler. It was fixed and working within the week. We cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My boiler packed in and I reached out to Direct Heating Installations at the weekend. Matt contacted me the next day and a few days later, had installed a brand new energy efficient Worcester Boiler. A great, neat and tidy job. Brilliant service! Would highly recommend!

Matt and his team were very professional and punctual when supplying, installing and commissioning a new Worcester Bosch boiler along with new TRVs throughout the heating system.
Although the work took a few hours longer than expected there was no extra charge.

Mat and the young apprentice are really nice lads and did a great job of replacing my combi boiler and I’m really pleased with the installation and workmanship.
They turned up on the agreed date, worked hard and put dust sheets down and kept any mess to a minimum, mat also replaced my dodgy filling loop pipe at no extra cost to original quote. Had a few quotes for the job doing and DHI gave me a really competitive quote.

Matt and his team replaced our old faulty boiler with a new combi boiler. He advised us on which boiler would suit our needs and helped us deal with Yorkshire Water who had to replace old lead pipes for our water supply. The team came promptly every day, they put down dust sheets wherever they were working and cleaned up each day too. They are all very polite and hard working. Matt regularly checked on progress and dealt with the disposal of our old boiler and water tanks. We are very pleased with the work done as it was completed quickly and with minimum disruption.

Direct Heating installed a new unvented system to replace a vented central heating system. Matt understood our requirements and was clear in communicating the works to be undertaken. We received quotations from three contractors and this quotation was the most competitive. When on site, the works were conducted with minimal disruption and all areas were reinstated where they had been conducting works. All redundant equipment from the incumbent system had been removed and the Gas Safe installation certificate has already been received. So very happy with the overall experience.

Direct Heating Installations diagnosed the problem and gave us quotes for a faulty part or a new boiler. We choose the latter because of the age of the boiler. There was no pressure to do so. They arrived on time and were tidy and removed the old boiler. We were always kept informed of what was going on.

Great service, all works completed on time apart from a small issue with HW which took some time to resolve but overall very happy with service provided
