Super fast delivery. Ordered one day arrived the next.

We purchased a stroller and car seat this afternoon. The service was friendly, informative and professional. The price match service was applied and I didn’t feel awkward in anyway asking.

It was a refreshing experience as other baby stores have overloaded us with too much information to the extent that we felt we could not make an informed decision - Sophie listened to our wish list and suggested she showed us all available options and then we could narrow it down to 2 favourites and have full demos - this method worked really well for us :)

Will definitely buy from here again and will definitely be recommending this store to friends 😁

It came in the time frame, was well wrapped and exactly what I ordered

My delivery didn’t turn up after waiting in all day after checking on 2 separate occasions it was next day delivery. After going back in to shop to find out why nothing turned up I found the Customer Service is none existent. Would not shop here again and would definitely not recommend to anyone else.

Ordering was quick and easy. I ordered 2 out and about buggy rain covers. They arrived within a couple of days and fitted perfectly.

I ordered a pram in September and it was delivered alright. It was a Cybex Eezy S Twist + 2, not really the cheapest but fit our needs. Fast forward to March and gave the fabric covers a wash following manufacturers instruction only for the fabrics to be mangled (a few days before our flight out the country). Contacted them immediately for a warranty, advised that it could not be replaced by Cybex right away. Went on the flight halfway around the world lugging a mangled stroller as the replacement I ordered on my own also did not make it on time. Fas forward to April, replacement still did not arrive as Cybex supposedly had issues with Customs. Now it is almost June, 3 months from the initial complaint and resolution still not achieved. They said they would send a replacement pram instead, I asked them to send a cheaper model, Libelle, instead as having experienced the Eezy S Twist + 2, I would rather not go through the same trouble. They sent an Eezy S Twist + 2 still only to say they could sort sending a Libelle a day after. Its like they do not even read customer emails at all. They arranged for collection of the Eezy S Twist + 2 only for collection to fail 2x through DPD, DPD keeps marking there was nothing to be collected yet no knock on door and I am just steps away (unless DPD whispered,lol). Now asking for address so I can swnd this back at my own expense and just ask for refund for shipping cost. No answer for 4 days now.

The fact that I logged this concern March 5, and it is now almost June, says I have been as patient as I can.

In short, avoid this seller at all cost. Yes they aptly send the order to you, but customer service follow through is poor should you need help with your purchase. I will continue to post negative feedback and updates regarding my case unless I get the proper replacement I requested.

Arrived quickly and very happy with product

Ordered a travel system set from this website. Was apprehensive as some of the reviews said about the experience about delivery was not quick and having to chase it up or wait weeks for it to be delivered. I can honestly say I had no issues what so ever I used the standard delivery and my pram came 4 days after putting in my order. I’ve opened up my item everything is in the package not missing one thing it’s immaculate. Packaged very well and I would defiantly be ordering from this website again.
