Would definitely buy from direct4baby again. I messaged to ask when my pram would be delivered. I wasn’t expecting delivery so fast and I was going to be away. They told me they’d put delivery on hold and to message them on my return. I did and it arrived the next day. Everything was delivered in full, nothing missing. Great service and communication.

Excellent service

Recently purchase a silver cross travel system. Opted for a bundle which included the pram my daughter and car seat that my daughter wanted after much research). Sadly delivery of the bundle was held up as they didn’t have all the items in stock that made up the bundle. Still waiting ( weeks after ordering) part of the order. Customer services have been really prompt answering emails however we are still waiting beyond the promised time for our order to be completed.

I emailed to inquire about gifting and they were very rude and told me to shop elsewhere. Very lazy and unprofessional and rude customer service. Would not recommend this business to anyone

I ordered my product at 3.30mpm on Friday and it was at my door Saturday morning without paying anything extra for next day delivery!

Really good customer service, delivery slightly delayed but was kept up to date and given options for a speedier delivery date.

I paid for next day delivery to receive my item after 3 days

Absolutely excellent customer service , ordered my grandson some Clarks shoes , they hadn’t got them in stock , they rang me and went through on phone what they had got I had a look and ordered some different ones , lovely lovely people , better than the service in the actual Clarks shop so I shall order from them again .

Excellent value for money a great site for babies needs

Item did not arrive. Had to chase to find out they had over sold and were out of stock. Told it will arrive in 2 days. Have not received a tracking number and I need to be at home to receive the delivery. Called customer support but instead of being put in a queue the call is rejected.

Unfortunately, the communication wasn’t great. I ordered bed sheets and didn’t receive them. I contacted them only to hear it was out of stock and will be arriving in a few days. A month later, I emailed asking for a refund as I still didn’t receive the item and they sent it out without communicating why it took so long. I received 50% refund which I appreciated but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
