ordered 24th april still not recieved…
ordered 24th april still not recieved on the 13th of may. absolute joke. communicated at first that they oversold and would be getting it in within 5 days and would then dispatch to me. now ignoring my emails.

I ordered on 1st of May and my items has still not been dispatched. I email and called no response whatsoever. When I complained on Facebook the person message and said he is waiting for an item to come so he could dispatched

Poor service
Poor service, poor communication, and shocking delivery. Says all stock is live and up to date, lets you pay for express delivery and then items not in stock and they send no update. Had to chase twice after being mislead twice about when I would get my item. Purely ordered from here because it said the item could be here next day/ within 1-2 days max if I paid express and took over a week

Horrendous
Horrendous customer service, no item received after more than a month of placing my order and this company receiving my money. Hardly any correspondence unless literally having to send multiple. No updates, and now no refund. Was told this had been issued yesterday when it 100% has not and now very convenient for them they are now away for the bank holiday, meaning this company is earning and continuing to receive interest on my money for goods didn't receive. DO NOT USE

I was very disappointed with these booster seats as
the sizing description is not correct. Therefore they did not fit my car. I have posted them back today and would appreciate a full refund please.

They oversold on my item
I took days after ordering for them to call me and tell me they oversold on the product so I had to pick another.
