I am sorry to the salesman I chatted to, but I did not get your name. He was friendly and relaxed and was very helpful. I was worried that the sofa I chose might not be able to fit up the stairs as I am in a coach house. He gave me confidence in confirming all the backs came separately and the corner unit was two pieces. The delivery is express too within seven days. I am very happy with the service in store. We came back to DFS because of the quality of the sofa we’ve had for 6 years it is still in great condition and comfortable and the service and aftercare has been as high quality as the sofa also like to mention the great service in store with knowledgeable staff always keen to help with no pressure

Website easy to navigate and order. Found exactly what I wanted online after viewing the range instore. Order completed quickly and easily. Staff were polite and friendly instore but allowed us space and time to browse.

I had already decided earlier in the week which chair was right for me with the help of Nick (DFS), who sent me away with measurements. I went back with a book later in the week to have sit and read. I ended up spending approximately two hours sitting and talking with other customers and Gregg (DFS) who was fabulous - so much fun - got me coffee left me alone then came back later. He didn't push, excellent, decision made, we did the necessary, chose a fabric and colour, paid got a delivery date that suited me. Couldn't have been treated better - as usual. Thank you 😊
