Great variety and excellent customer service
The customer service I recieved from Gloria at the Stratford branch was excellent. She's clearly very knowledgable and showed great patience with my indecisiveness. DFS have a great range of sofas in various materials and colours and Gloria was able to advise which of these best met my style and needs.

The sofa is great but in delivery was ripped at the bottom and marked slightly at the back by the unpackers/ delivery people. Nothing worth requesting a replacement for but not ideal.

Amazing Service
My partner and I have been having issues finding a sofa that fits our very narrow hallway.
Both Shaun and Denise (Stratford Branch) have been absolutely fantastic in helping us find a sofa, and even helping us exchange a sofa when it doesn't fit.
Would highly recommend both Shaun and Denise for amazing service!

Denise at the Stratford Westfield store was amazing, along with her other colleagues that helped me out. It was such an efficient process and she made me feel like my purchase was the right one, especially since I have 3 dogs. Definitely recommend!

Terrible store manager and customer assistants.
After problems with delivery, I asked for a full refund of delivery. This was due to lack of communication, inconvenience and the fact I took leave to ensure I was home to take the delivery. I received a phone call from the store to say that they wouldn’t be able to refund me my full delivery as I’d already had a discount applied. What that has to do with anything I don’t know. What annoys me more is that during this call Natalia didn’t even apologise once for the inconvenience or even seem sympathetic in the slightest, I’d go as far as to say she had an attitude. I asked to speak to the store manager, Denise, who then refused to take the call despite being there. (Could hear her in the background). Would highly recommend NOT visiting this branch.
