The young lady working at stratford was…
The young lady working at stratford was extremely helpful. It was the last day before the store was closed down and I only had 1 hour to make a decision or the store was going to close. She was polite, informative and patient. She made me feel at ease at at no stage did she rush me. I felt confident in my purchase having had the assistance from this young Ghanain Lady.

Really quick and efficient service, very friendly and no bargaining, asking if you're sure you don't want this or that extra !! I was in and out within 20 mins, absolutely perfect.

Purchase/ Delivery/ Installation
Excellent service from a young lady named Natalia, She was extremely helpful with with my purchase and explaining the finance option. I had a problem with the finance form, was unable to enter any text due to maybe the wrong type of file. Returned to the store next day . Natalia rectified the problem within 10 minutes or so. This young lady is a credit to your company. As for delivery was received earlier than I expected on the day which was great. The 2 man delivery team were excellent, installed sofa and removed all packaging within 15 minutes. Very pleased with sofa and service from purchase to installation. Highly recommend DFS.
