Georgia who was helping us was excellent. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to what we said and wanted and found the best way to accommodate us. Great and easy experience from start to successful finish.

We visited the Stirling store and were greeted by Georgia, who was absolutely brilliant. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy. Georgia was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. She was genuinely lovely to deal with and made us feel really welcome. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Thanks again Georgia!

Great customer service staff was friendly and polite didn’t pester or annoy us when trying to have a proper look but made sure they were at hand with any questions or advice when needed

Lynsey, the sales assistance was very helpful and really helped us navigate all the variations so we could decide which sofas to buy.

Visited this store on Thursday 25th June, staff were very courteous and helpful. I was left to wander at my own leisure, without any hard sales pitch. Assitant Ruardaidh was very polite and knowledgeable,
I also spoke to the Manager there called Jennifer who again went out of her way to help with a query which I had. I will definitely be back to this store to place an order. Fabulous immaculate store with very friendly helpful staff!!

It was quick and easy to buy the sofa. Aleshia clearly knew what she was talking about and answered all my question without hesitation

The staff were lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful when needed. Well thought out floor plan and brightly lit.Staff managed to give us a nice deal on our Couch with upgrading us to an Electric Recliner at less than advertised price.Warm welcome on arrival.

Lovely sales assistant, no pressure, she explained everything that I needed to know then got supervisor to check all the details to make sure they were correct

We saw the sofa and liked it but wanted to check out another shop. Although they had the same sofa it was in a different ticking and we preferred the DFS sofa. The purchase was smooth, the sales assistant was knowledgeable and not pushy which was appreciated. Did not like the 9 week delivery. Something must be done to reduce this. It forces you to use internet sites who have the stock.

I knew what I wanted having looked online,had already done a soft check so the process was quick.The woman-whose name I've forgotten,sorry-was brilliant.Warm,friendly,built a good rapport without it feeling forced,she was really helpful and explained everything well.Id seek her out if buying from DFS again .
