The chap that assisted us “ Tito” was very helpful in explaining the ranges of sofa available that we were particularly looking for. He provided once we’d selected the sofa we wanted a description of what configurations were available within the range.

Pleasant Experience
It was a relaxed atmosphere at the store and we weren't pestered by sales people; just helped when we needed it. No hard sell, which was a relief!
Picked-out a lovely pair of sofas and the whole process went smoothly. Would recommend.

Ben was very helpful from start to…
Ben was very helpful from start to finish. He was chatty, polite and lovely to talk to. He told us all the fees, which I’m sorry but over £100 for delivery is ridiculous and the fact you HAVE to pay it to get the sofa instead of organising your own van, sneaky. Ben asked about pets and home life which helped us know what cover we needed and what colour it should be.
