Great place to browse and get help when needed
Sales people were there when we needed them, but left us to browse and make our decisions without breathing down our necks! Very helpful and friendly and honest with all that they told us. Very happy with our purchase today.

Went to the store in Salisbury to have a look round & found the sofa we wanted . The assistant was helpful we then decided to order on line as it saved going back to the store .Really easy to order on line & great communication from customer service

Our salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and patient. He made sure we were aware of all the services and extras that could come with the sofas, but without making us feel pushed into buying anything. We noticed a more relaxed approach to looking around the store, the sales team didn’t jump on us, and as mentioned, they weren’t pushy which made us want to come back and buy the sofas we wanted.
We also got some great recommendations on what we were buying in regard to the difference in sofa quality and materials being used. We also appreciated how friendly everyone was and we genuinely enjoyed the conversation, rather than just needing to get through the sale. If we ever need anything else, we’ll definitely go back to the DFS Salisbury store.
