The sales person was great on my two visits. Sun 14th June Sandra who was helpful and showed me to the styles of sofa I had stated.
I returned on Tuesday 16th June to order and the sales man was also great.
Both were knowledgable, helpful, Friendly. The whole experience was relaxed no high pressure sales techniques and efficient .

The salesman was on point and attentive to our requirements.
Firstly he allowed us to roam the shop floor as requested so that we could get the measure of all the sofas in the extensive range.
The salesman showed an admirable knowledge of the stock the coverings and all the price ranges.
All in all a great shopping experience.

First visit was last Friday and we found what we wanted very quickly. Jonathan looked after us - he was fantastic, able to provide so much information & answer all our questions. Having been home to consider our options, we went back again two days later & placed our order.

I was greeted at the door and directed to the right place then after a few questions I was left to browse sit & contemplate with out interruption. Then Sarah dealt with my questions and she asked me and informed me of all my options having made up my mind the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly. I was completely satisfied with the service and I have a delivery date of the 20 already confirmed Thank you very much for the excellent service far better to what I received at Sofology & Furniture Village where I felt pressured and talked at is a salesman’s way
