Mohammed helped us find a great sofa today. He wasn’t pushy but advised us to upgrade the leather quality and add extra cover due to our pets.
Our order was double checked by his colleague before making our final payment.

I had a very relaxing experience at DFS in Reading on Sunday. Received a warm welcome but wasn't pestered by anyone. The staff were lovely and were there for me when I made my choice. Got really great advice and left very happy indeed. In fact, I saw the exact sofa I was looking for the minute I entered the store. I can't fault the service in any way and I'm counting down the 5 week lead time until I get my delivery. Thank you for looking after me.
