Elisha at DFS Northampton was wonderful to deal with. We’d visited a few other stores whilst sofa shopping and felt like the sales people were very quick to jump on us when all we wanted to do was browse to figure out our style. We’d leave feeling pretty overwhelmed. We popped into DFS Northampton after driving past and felt we were really given the space we wanted to just browse and finally found the sofa we liked. Elisha was sooo helpful and friendly and didn’t feel like a sales person trying to push for a sale! Felt like she genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision for us. We couldn’t decide what colour to settle on so Elisha gave us samples to go home with. Even though there is a DFS store in our town, we decided to drive the extra 30 mins to go back to Elisha and place our order! And we were so glad we did. She is fab at her job and was so full of knowledge! We left feeling really confident that we’ve made the right decision. Thank you for your help Elisha! You are a credit to DFS!!!

The salesman who we purchased the sofa from was really helpful, being able to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel as though we were being pressured. The salesman was close by when we needed him, but didn't pester us. The buying process was really simple and straightforward. We were given option for extras but again didn't feel pressured to purchase any extras.

Was not made to feel rushed, was able to take my time. John explained everything clearly and was not trying to sell me something i did not want and made me a nicr latte as well.

Reece at the Northampton show room was fantastic, was really informative and helped us make our decision with our sofa choice by showing us different example of sofas and their materials / fillings.

very helpful sales assistant. looked in other stores but came back not only did we like the suit and store ....... the young lady who helped and advise us was first class.

The 3 piece suite with electric reclining chairs was exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. The sales team were extremely helpful. Delivery period on the items chosen under 3 weeks which was much better than expected.

On meeting sales person Elisha who was very professional also really pleasant and helpful in advice in choosing settee.
Customer service from Elisha was enjoyable , Elisha explained everything in detail and really , we enjoyed meeting
and ordering sofa .
Excellent no pressure sales *****

The sales man that served me his name was Antony and he was a top lad he was respectful and very knowledgeable about the product that I was buying. I asked certain questions that he answered in the matter of seconds and made me understand everything bit by bit. He wasn’t pushy for a sale either he was really respectful and this man needs a pay rise

Anthony was helpful and explained everything we needed to be aware off. Made it clear what we were getting an why the care package involved and covered

We bought some sofas from DFS Northampton as a gift, and we’re really pleased with them. The sofas are beautiful, and the showroom itself is well laid out with a wide range of styles to choose from.
The sales staff were friendly, and professional. Our sales advisor took the time to explain everything from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
We did have one small disappointment with a clearance sofa. We had seen the exact sofa we wanted and hoped to swap a single sofa for a double one, but after checking, the sales advisor returned to let us know it had already been sold. This wasn’t his fault at all, but it was a little disappointing.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider buying from DFS Northampton again. A big thank you to the sales advisor for his patience, dedication, and excellent customer service.

I went into DFS with having already decided on a new sofa and chair. I knew the store had the items I wanted to view, I spoke to a assistant Allesha who was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase what I required.

Easy experience

We were made to feel welcome in store without feeling pressured or having sales forced on us. Over the course of 4 different visits in the Northampton store, Elisha supported us with finding the right sofa that would work in our home. The service received by Elisha was exceptional and her knowledge on the range of sofas on offer helped us make the right decision for us.

A great shopping experience as we were left to browse.
Usually in furniture showrooms a sales person pounces the minute you step foot inside.
We browsed then grabbed a coffee to consider options.
On re entering Reece was very helpful with the purchase of our new French connection sofas.
