I was given space to move around without any pressure sales. I asked for a demonstration of the sofa bed and David was happy to oblige. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions. Very happy with my experience and look forward to getting my new sofa bed.

Excellent 10 out of 10 for service Rohan answered every question was a very pleasant un pushy salesman we would definitely go back.He definitely new his stuff very knowledgeable we have been to several different companies show rooms and he was definitely the best of them.

Excellent service
Staff introduced themselves and let us explore the store at leisure without feeling pressured. Staff were excellent and helpful with the order we placed. Wish we had come here before exploring other stores. Great luxury looking pieces in store to choose from.

Knowledgeable and helpfull staff.
I spoke to a member of staff who was knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. She informed me of what would meet my needs so that I could make an informed decision without pressure selling.

POOR QUALITY FURNITURE
poor quality furniture tried to get stain out with warm water it started to remove the dye contacted dfs who said get in touch with insurance rang them only to be told i had not taken insurance out even though i paid for it. DFS DONT WANT TO KNOW CRAP COMPANY AS WELL AS THEIR FURNITURE

Twin seater recliner and footstool
I liked the recliner twin seater and footstool. We will be have in 12 weeks. Hope the wait is worth it. The guy who was selling it to us is so helpful, explained everything about the twin seater the material guarantee warranty if any problems we can call up for help. So we are very happy with the service.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Inga was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us chose the sofa we wanted.
Store is very clean, with lots of sofas to try and choose from.
