In our opinion Maf went above and beyond he wasn’t pushy at all and we were completely comfortable dealing with him he was very knowledgeable about various products which we asked questions about and that is the reason we ordered with Maf rather than our local DFS store which is 5 minutes from where we live.

We visited the store about a month earlier as part of our search for furniture and Maf was very informative and helpful, so when it came to making a choice and purchase, we returned to the same store and sought him out.

Great customer service and smooth…
Great customer service and smooth process. Definitely recommend Larissa if you ever go to the Huddersfield branch. Maf who I think is the store manager was great too. Will be back for sofas for the next room!

Maf the 5 star man

We got in the store and someone was at us straight away my wife spoke too this person but I decided to look myself and found a different settee which we spoke to your representative about . Showed us an uploaded image on a bigger screen then we bought it .

Sara in DFS Huddersfield was lovely. Made sure all our questions were answered and gave all the right information on the sofa we wanted. She was lovely to speak to and an all round great person. Her customer service skills were amazing, couldn’t recommend enough!
