Following my recent 1 STAR review I was advised a member of customer services would contact me as a matter of urgency. That was 16 days ago.! . I have not received any further communication from DFs. In addition I have submitted a complaint via dfs website again no communication. This longstanding issue has been going on since October 2025 what does a paying customer have to do to get things resolved surely not use sites like this to get a response from dfs which to all readers looks like dfs are resolving issues when the reality is different.

Larisa was fantastic she gave us time to discuss and choose the correct sofas for us. It was not an easy decision as the quality of all the products are fantastic. Larisa showed us many other sofas the service was fantastic. If you are able to give Larisa a bonus please do. The skill she has attained in the customer service environment is at management level. She understood and gave us time to make the correct decisions. 10 of 10 service we made the right decision to come to the Huddersfield store. Thanks

Second visit in a year to buy sofas, ( don’t like the original ones we bought but that’s on us, NOT DFS) the staff are always helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Got a great deal. Would highly recommend

The guy in the store was verry helpful
The guy in the store was verry helpful. I new which chair i wanted to replace the old one that is ready to go out. I bought the chair on finance which has no credit on it. Also was able to get paper work to take home.
