Friendly & knowledgeable staff who were very helpful.

The young man that served me was very professional ( George) he went through all care for the furniture and costs very clearly . I was very pleased with my purchase and after decided to purchase a rug as well . I was offered a coffee which I must say was probably the best cup of coffee I have out for a long time . I will look forward to my purchase and would have no hesitation to recommend DFS in Hereford . Jenny Winchester.

We found the sofas we wanted and received very good service from several members of staff. The coffee was great and offered more than once. Jemima, who served us, was informative,efficient and charming and she looked after us very well.

Harry and Alex were very friendly, professional and listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly.

We found Tom the sales man to be very helpful...there was no pressure he gave us time to think ourselves as to whether we were making the right decision on buying it.

Great staff members in the Hereford branch. After several visits due to me being so indecisive finally found my dream sofa. Staff members were so helpful, friendly and welcoming.
