Lovely welcoming staff. Our lady staff member asked if she could help point us in the right direction for what we were looking for. After looking at several options, we went away to think about them and returned later on to buy our chosen chairs. We were taking them away with us and there was a mark on the one which the lovely housekeeping lady swiftly removed.

Initially I was looking for a 2 seater sofa bed for a spare roomwhen I first visited DFS a week ago. I was helped by a young man, Harry, who was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me around the store discussing various possibilities _ including sofa chairs and cuddler sofas in all price brackets. The final choice was reduced to 2 /3 models and the cheapest was an ex-display model. In addition,he kindly wrote down measurements, prices and delivery times. I visited the store again yesterday and we discussed in depth the various options including overall size of the sofa; size and difference in mattresses; ease of pulling out the frame and back; cushions; depth of seat and how it might look in the space available. Harry also explained guarantees for frame and fabric; quality and care; choice of legs and silicon feet We also discussed how often it wd be used as a bed and as it would only be a few times a year, we then looked at alternatives, including 2 seater sofas in French Connection range. The Carlisle2 seater display cuddler sofa was on offer so I went home with all the measurements etc in order to place it into the room. I also read the on-line reviews which were very positive and also helped in making the final decision. My 3rd visit to DfS was today when we looked at the sofa again, going through guarantees, care etc again. Harry also turned the back cushion for me to display the small button option which I had read about on-line. Harry introduced me to the manager Alex who was also very helpful and we discussed delivery options as the sofa has to remain in store until 8 July. Harry completed the on-line forms of which he gave me a paper copy and Ipaid a deposit. Altogether it was a very positive and enjoyable shopping experience. I never felt under pressure to make a purchase but I really wanted to because of the detailed, comprehensive information I was given in a very relaxed, professional atmosphere. I would certainly recommend the friendliness of the staff and customer service I received atthe Hereford store.

We had an excellent experience at DFS Hereford thanks to George. As first-time sofa buyers, we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but George was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions, and guided us through the different options without any pressure.
Thanks to his advice and support, we found our very first sofa and couldn't be happier with our choice. George made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting DFS Hereford.

When visiting Hereford store we were served by the lovely Jemima who was very knowledgeable,helpful,polite and friendly when purchasing our sofa and she guided us with our choice. 10 out of 10 service 😀👍🏻

We were given time to sit alone and choose styles, colours and the sofas we needed that best suited our room. Then Louise went through what we wanted, extras and insurances before we were given prices. We even had refreshments, whilst we chose.

We visited the Hereford store a number of times to chose our sofa. Harry, Tom & the team went above & beyond to help us make the final decision with helping us reconfigure the sofa layout and measure up. The team clearly enjoy their job & also working together which made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. Great customer service thank you!

George was friendly, informative and very helpful. He wasn’t at all pushy and we felt very comfortable with him. We had such a great experience that we went back in and bought more the same day.
