Purchased sofa chair and stool today. Ross was absolutely amazing. Went through everything with me in detail, explained the different leather types, discussed the financial aspects in detail. Relaxed experience
Nobody pestering you when you entered the store. We were able to browse at our leisure!. The member of staff who took our order was really pleasant and friendly.He explained everything including optional extras which he did emphasise it’s our decision.

Great customer experience
Very friendly and welcoming from John .We’d been in a few days before and he recognised us straight away .John was there if we needed help but didn’t make us feel under any pressure .He was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick the perfect sofa’s for us after listening to our requirements .Fabulous customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DFS to family and friends .Looking forward to having our sofa’s and stool delivered and set up in our home .Many thanks again to John

The service from start to finish was brilliant. I discussed what I was looking for in a sofa and the member of staff listened and helped with every question that was asked and helped me find the sofa that I wanted. The staff were really friendly and in touch with what the customers want.

Sofa shopping…
After going to DFS there was a large selection to choose from the staff were very helpful and not to pushy.It was good to look around without staff following us but they were there if we need any advice. When we had purchased our sofa everything was explained to us in detail about colour and how it would be fitted together when delivered.
