Staff were unobtrusive but were available if we had a question. Our dfs member was Michelle, who was brilliant.

Your customer service is beyond excellent.
This made for an exceptionally enjoyable and easy purchasing experience. We will highly recommend you and especially Michelle who pulled out all the stops to help us.

I'm a wheelchair user and went to DFS to buy a recliner. I picked out one, then thankfully I met Katrina who suggested a different recliner which turned out to be perfect. Katrina gave time, help and assistance. She helped me compare my options. I would rate her 10 out of 10. Top class service. Fantastic range of furniture. I had a lovely experience at DFS Galway.Gad and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, kind and really paid attention to what we were looking for. Even though the exact sofa we wanted wasn’t in the showroom, Gad showed us a similar one so we could check the comfort, take accurate measurements and get a real feel for it. He also explained clearly how to care for the leather, which I really appreciated.
I also loved that they offer tea, coffee, and even hot chocolate in the shop thats such a nice touch while you browse.
A helpful tip: check the DFS website first to get an idea of what you like, then visit the store to see similar models in person. Bring your measurements to make finding the perfect sofa much easier.

I am so impressed with dfs in Galway I had a wonderful salesman Jared ( I hope I got. His name right) what a lovely gentleman very easy to communicate with and a big smile not something you come across anywhere he was so professional explaining everything in great detail he is a fantastic asset to dfs .

I went to see what kind if sofa i would get with a cirner one in mind.
The staff were very good at showing and demonstrating the different ones available.i made 3 visits to review and startedcruling outcwhat i didnt want and narriwed it down to 2 and in the 4th visit made the pirchase.
I would not have done this onlyvfor the lovely staff .
Michelle was great sat with me andcwent over all the details with me.
She gave me time without rushing me and made sure i had properly de ided what i wanted.
I give her 10 out of 10 for efficiency and overall.
Jaden was also very good .i had met him on the 1st 2 days.
