I visited DFS Galway twice, and both experiences were excellent. Leah’s Customer Service was incredibly helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed before making my decision to go back and purchase the sofa. She explained everything in great detail and was so patient and professional.

Everyone in the store was friendly, welcoming, and professional, with excellent customer service throughout. I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend DFS Galway. ❤️

I had a great experience in dfs Galway store.Catherina was excellent went through everything about the sofa's I purchased from different colour fabrics to the different legs I could choose from and what cushions I could choose and how to clean the sofa's with the cleaning kit you can buy in store.I would highly recommend Catherina to anyone wanting to buy a sofa in dfs Galway.

Catriona was so helpful, warm and friendly. She was so patient, she gave us so much time and answered all of our questions. We got great advice and felt really well looked after. The store is immaculate, has a lovely atmosphere and they even remembered my son's name! A great team at DFS Galway - I hope the company looks after the staff as well as the staff look after the company

We recently purchased a sofa from Dfs in Galway. The overall customer experience was excellent. Katrina Gill the sales person was very helpful. She gave us lots of uninterrupted time to help us choose the colour and style. She also explained how to care for the sofa material. She gave us interior design ideas for the room the sofa will go into. We look forward to it been delivered but will have to wait for 6 weeks for delivery / there is also a delivery cost.
