When we asked a sales rep for…
When we asked a sales rep for information, it was clear, and useful. We were given time to look at our pace, then they came back to us after a reasonable amount of time. Then spent time with us, trying out the suites we liked, with lots of information. Not pushy.
Once we had made a choice, they went through everything that would happen next, again clearly. I would recommend the reps were more visible, on the shop floor. We did initially have to knock on the office door to find a member of staff. Overall a good experience, and a purchase made.

Staff really friendly and helpful
Staff really friendly and helpful, we were left to browse without being followed round we were given a 3 week delivery window but it only took a few days which was perfect as it meant we could remove our old furniture before we went away.

Choosing a new sofa.
My wife and daughter came with me to help choose a new sofa. We tried several styles and fabrics, and finally settled on the sofa and an armchair that we all agreed on. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained things to us about how the furniture was made and the fabrics used. We were very happy with the whole process.
