He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered helpful advice, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured to buy. His friendly and professional approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you,Kush, for providing such excellent customer service. The friendly atmosphere from the staff members especially “Joy” he was so happy to help us make our choices, totally professional and respectful plus excellent in explaining the process fully to us, I felt relaxed and confident that we have come to right place to purchase our bed and sofa. “Joy” is a credit to the sale team and the company!

We had been thinking about getting new sofas for a while, when we found ourselves in DFS Croydon, Valley park, one Saturday whilst waiting our children to finish birthday party next door..
We found the couch we wanted pretty quickly, just needed help with materials and putting the seating together (wanted to mix leather and fabric seating in the room).
The service by the lady (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten!) was outstanding. She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and warm. She did not try to do the hard sell you often see. She did not rush us. The shop was not too busy, which helped; all customers were seen to, so there was no pressure for her to move on quickly.
The manger was able to offer us a small discount (as it was a cash buy?) on the overall price with care products and protection plan/ insurance which, now that I have checked online, brings the price to just under what we would have paid online.
I would highly recommend this branch if you want to get help with your sofa purchase and expert advise on different materials/fabrics, seat cushion options and care of your sofa. It's also essential to sit on a couch before you commit to purchasing it. If I had gone based on the look online, I would have ended up with a couch that felt too soft for me.
