We came with an idea of what we wanted and was free to walk around without being followed or pestered as some companies do. After looking at the sofas available we changed our mind from a corner sofa to 2 two seaters

The member of staff that I placed my order with was quick, efficient and helpful, they explained everything clearly as well.

Worst experience in the store with the agent we was just ready to buy rhe sofa and he confused us with prices and promotions so at the end of 2 hours qe walked away without sofa and angry and disappointed (( not professional at well deom this point

Very helpful, they made sure to cover everything you needed to know. Very accommodating and even showed you other furniture with similar dimensions that they didn't have in the showroom so you could visually get an idea of the actual size. Lovely experience.

We had Marco help us today, from the Chelmsford store.
He was very knowledgeable, didn’t feel pressured, he made us feel welcome by making us a coffee and showing us options with the colours.
To be honest, i have never received such good customer care, an asset to the company. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at DFS this morning. Took advantage of the sale plus it was a great shopping experience. Got exactly what I needed and it’s being delivered on 7 days! Excellent customer service.

Great experience from start to finish looking for a sofa for the new house. Was greeted warmly by Alex upon entry and offered help, but not overbearing. We had previously seen something we liked but we're since unsure about, so Alex talked us through different options along with the different materials and colours available to us. Offered us a drink, took time to clearly explain the different add ons available to us and helped us make a choice for the sofas we needed. Would highly recommend

Friendly staff and easy to place an order.

The sales assistant was very helpful and especially patient with us, as we struggled to pick between two ranges. We had a very bad experience with a different company which ended up with the furniture ombudsman finding in our favour so we were rather nervous to avoid similar issues but the process was straightforward, and we have had more contact from DFS (with useful information - not spam) than the whole time with their competitor. We look forward to receiving the furniture in a few weeks. Thank you.
