From entering the store to purchasing our furniture we did not feel any pressure at all into buying. The saleperson Ellie was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional in helping us choose the furniture we wanted.

Hi , the shop was busy when I arrived , so I waited for a staff member to become free which was Jackub ( not sure of the spelling ) he was was very helpful and gave me space to make a decision as I was communicating with my husband via txt as the sofa beds we had seen on line , Carlisle store didn’t stock so I had to start again with the stock , Carlisle store had in . Overall a good experience

Extremely helpful , explanation of the product was thorough. More relaxed feeling carrying out all the official business sitting on showroom product we intended purchasing. ie was not escort us into an office or salesperson area like school child to finalise personal details. I was impressed another salesperson confirmed my details without the young Lady hanging around. Good team effort the lady hoovering the showroom, asked if we would like a coffee also Jacob on the Wednesday was very helpful.

Such a helpful sales assistant Robyn. She added the furniture to a plan so we could see for space and checked measurements of our new home which really helped us make our decision. Couldn’t have faulted her advice at all 10/10

Experience was fantastic, lots of suite's to choose from and the sales team did a great job, Ellie who dealt with us was amazing friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy which was great, she helped us find the perfect sofa, were over the moon.
Definitely recommend.
