Ian was really helpful, also nice that the staff here don’t hound you as soon as you walk through the door and leave you to it until you are ready.

Great experience from start to finish. Julie was fantastic and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the order. Great customer service and a lovely lady.

Ian was so very patient, knowledgeable and understanding with what we needed. We wasted hours of his day but he never complained. Eventually we found what we hope will be the perfect sofa. We’ve had a bad experience with DFS in the past, but took a chance on Ian’s advice. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and relaxed during the whole process.

Ian was really helpful, the staff were caring and allowed you time to shop before coming over.

We went into your store at J9 as we knew exactly what we wanted but had a couple of questions however we were ignored so went to your Cannock store and saw Sian. What a difference she was super friendly and really knowledgeable, answered our questions over a coffee and popped the order through. This is the 2nd time we’ve used DFS Cannock and always had great service.
