From entering the store we were greeted by friendly staff members who were at hand to answer any queries and very helpful once we decided what we wanted and fully explained the product and sales/delivery process.

Ian needs a raise
Ian was so very patient, knowledgeable and understanding with what we needed. We wasted hours of his day but he never complained. Eventually we found what we hope will be the perfect sofa. We’ve had a bad experience with DFS in the past, but took a chance on Ian’s advice. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and relaxed during the whole process.

Very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions … didn’t follow us around just let us know they were available if we needed them … found sofa we liked and was ordered and sorted very quickly … overall a hassle free friendly experience
