Paul in the Bradford Forster square branch was amazing and made everything so easy for us

Great help from Paul,good service and helped us choose the perfect sofas we needed

my experience was amazing when coming into store today looking for a service. Hafsah’s customer service was amazing and she really put her time and effort into helping us choose the best sofa for us

I visited DFS to look at a sofa I had seen online, unfortunately, the model I wanted wasn’t available to view in store, but Zara was extremely helpful. She showed me a similar sofa, explained the differences clearly and gave me plenty of information without putting any pressure on me. While Zara gave me some privacy to call my husband and discuss whether we wanted to go ahead, she came up to me and started asking questions I had already discussed with Zara. She definitely heard me as she was hovering close by, which I didn’t mind until I started discussing payment options as she didn’t think to step away then. I did say to her that Zara was assisting me but rather than taking the hint and allowing me some space to make my decision, she tutted and responded with, “I can help you too” followed by “I’m new so I have to ask you these questions”.

Whilst I understand it might be difficult learning the ropes a new job, it isn’t difficult to be polite. I found this quite pushy and blunt. I had deliberately made it clear in a nice way that I was already being dealt with and just needed a moment to make a decision. When Zara came to check back in with me, she kept lingering yet she didn’t even acknowledge that her colleague was there, which is another thing I found quite rude as Zara did say hello to her. There was also an obvious issue with her personal hygiene. I appreciate that we are having a heatwave, and I would not normally mention something so personal in a review, but I feel that it should be mentioned due to her off putting attitude.

In the end, I decided to not go ahead with the purchase as I was uncomfortable. It is a shame because Zara had taken the time to go beyond just telling me it wasn’t available to view in stores anymore. I didn’t have time to properly apologise to Zara for wasting so much of her time as I left. Thanks again Zara.

Received full attention from sales person who went above and beyond in making sure I had all the information I had asked for. Very friendly and helpful.

£3500 Sofa ... 3 months behind delivery time ... Delivery day Driver was clueless how to put the sofa together starts drilling the sofa in multiple places because he doz know how to install the sofa correctly .. He also ripped all the material and broke the zip underneath the new sofa ... So ive booked in with dfs repair guy he came ordered the parts to repair the new £3500 Sofa .... 6 months later no phone call no repair no compensation no cares.

I was met with a very warm greeting, was taken to the product I was interested in, everything was explained fully, the young lady who i was speaking with was very professional and very knowledgeable about what I was wanting to purchase

This is now our third purchase from DFS, but first from the branch in Bradford and they never fail to disappoint. Great selection of styles & prices and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

From start to finish the sales man was amazing from offering us a coffee to explaining all our options,he was friendly, professional without being pushy,it made buying our new sofa's so easy and relaxing and enjoyable highly recommend DFS they were just amazing.
