Went in today to purchase sofas. Dealt with a lovely gentleman called Aakash. He was ever so friendly who dealt with every query we had with kindness and patience. Would recommend dealing with him directly.

Akash was very professional and patient, we’ve lost count of how many times we came and pestered Akash, unfortunately the day we decided to place the order he was off from work. Zara processed our order but please make sure to pass on our regards to Akash as he was brilliant throughout and helped us sooo much.

Great service in store shame about expensive delivery charge
Paul made us extremely welcome in store today. He helped us find the perfect sofa for Mum and was curious and polite throughout. He explained everything in detail about the extra cover and delivery. The only downside to this purchase is the delivery charge which we found extreme at £129!
