Always use DFS for sofas. Fantastic range for all needs. Really helpful and friendly. Affordable sofas on all sizes and the quality is very good, had my last leather sofa 8 years with crazy wear and tear with family and dogs. Still sturdy and strong, just wanted a complete fabric change and style. After care package is amazing as it’s literally £5 a month for peace of mind. I highly recommend the store at Birstall in Leeds, always go there, customer service is excellent

Sam could see we were a bit lost and went through the whole thing with us. He was so helpful and friendly and worked with us so get exactly what we wanted.

I went to DFS to buy a sofa
I went to DFS to buy a sofa. Found one i liked. Price was very good. Delivery and installation price was a bit more than i expected. Sales assistant was very friendly and not pushy at all. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they said it would be delivered 7 days after purchase and I was assured I could have a Saturday delivery. When the delivery company contacted me with delivery date it was for a Tuesday. Which is 10 days after purchase. When I contacted the delivery company they said they only delivered Mon to Fri. I have had to take a day off unpaid to wait in for the delivery.

Lovely straight forward experience from start to finish.
Loved the approach from Ron who spent all the time we needed to explain everything in great detail and we didn’t feel under any obligation at any time to buy there and then.
Went back to the store next day and Dan dealt with our purchase and was equally as pleasant.
Based on our experience we would definitely recommend DFS to anyone considering buying new furniture.

New sofa
The 2 gentleman who delivered my sofa etc were very polite and my goods were positioned exactly where I wanted them . They took care when taking the goods to my living room and all packaging was taken away.

Excellent exceptional service
Was greeted by Sam as I entered the store which was nice and told him what I was looking for. Unfortunately you didn’t have the sofa I was looking for in the store. Sam took me see similar items and asked me in more detail what my wants and needs were. He was well informed and answered all my questions and worries as I have a dog. He made me feel comfortable and went over all charges and delivery information. I placed the order from your platinum range. He is a credit to your company.

Despite only a small proportion of the showroom being open due to renovations, we were able to find a sofa we loved. Nicola was extremely hopeful, professional and knowledgable. She helped us pick the right colour, material and sofa for us, whilst assisting with measures and cross-checking with the floor plan of our new house.
She was very friendly and made us feel at ease. Thank you!
