The experience and delivery time were great, but I deducted one point because they charged us for items that facilitate the moving of the couches, which were not included on delivery..

Great service
Great service from Sharon and Craig. Friendly and professional and not too pushy. When changed mind on pattern it was no bother and Sharon dealt with the changes quickly and efficiently. Great service

Welcoming and lovely

None of the staff were pushy just…
None of the staff were pushy just appropriately informative. Particularly impressed by the sales associate who handled our sale throughout. Personable, knowledgeable and would certainly seek him out to help with further purchases.
