Nice friendly assistant and very informative.

Craig was extremely helpful and fully professiona!. He explained everything in fine detail and left no stone unturned even to the point of getting a colleague to double check the purchase. He made the process very simple. We have nothing but praise for his handling of the transaction.

Very helpful and professional even though the sofa I wanted wasn't in the store.

The staff were great. Very helpful. Answered all my daft technically questions, took the time to explain all options for paying, I didn’t fell pressured into buying anything.
which is why she landed a sale of £3,500.
I think the lady that helped us was Lynn(she works part time) and she couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10

The 2 ladies who we spoke with were super helpful and also suggested some alternatives to what we were originally looking at purchasing.

Great experience in your Birstall retail park store . Lynne the sales assistant was excellent from start to finish . I calledin briefly on Friday with my daughter for information on a sofa and returned on Saturday to purchase the sofa . It was definitely service with a smile and a few laughs , she went through everything in detail and nothing was too much bother . Some furniture stores are very hard sell and don’t always know the product they are selling !!it was a refreshing change to have a very relaxed non pushy experience.I would have walked out of the store if the sales assistant had been too pushy .I can honestly say that this was without doubt the best sales experience ever and that was due to Lynne and her very relaxed and accommodating attitude . Well done.. I will definitely be back in the future as and when I need a new sofa.

The lady who served me was so lovely! I wasn’t sure the first time I visited the store but she went above and beyond to help me decide what would work best!

After looking wise where I came back and honestly was due to her help! Again she helped me choose the right size and double checked all of my questions! She was so lovely!

My experience at dfs was amazing and the 2 ladies were so friendly , helpful and welcoming. They were also so friendly with my 1 year old daughter while we went through the process! The whole experience was so easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
