The shop is going through a refit and selling conditions are far from ideal at the moment. However the young lady I dealt with was so helpful and attentive and super knowledgeable.
Hopefully the rest of the experience upto delivery is just as good 🤞

I recently purchased a sofa for my daughter in the Birstall store unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the person who advised us but never the less He was was brilliant in advising us on what sofa to buy so today the sofa was delivered with no problems they delivered guys were professional and friendly.
I will definitely recommend DFS

We made our order on the 19th may and was told a price for sofa which we agreed on , then we had add ons £120.00 for delivery for a small 2seater sofa, they changed it to £20pounds if we took out cleaning products . Now since that day we are being bombarding with emails which is overkill

Attended today to purchase a sofa and was greeted by Dan who was very helpful indeed.

Everything was explained, care of the sofa ,time frames and delivery.

My order was double checked to make sure no errors were made as I have ordered a two tone sofa set.

Solution focused, option based sales. No pressure selling. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality if the products is very high. Gave me a much better deal than on their website , so I would advise even you find the sofa you want online.. to still go in and vsisit the store.
