Avoid at all costs !!!
Ordered a jumpsuit for £55 arrived nothing like the image with black dots over it and three sizes too big!!
Had to pay £17 to return it as they refused to refund me even after sent the images
This was end of November made order still waiting for refund £77 total now
They are ignoring my emails
Scam artists

Everything was a disaster. I ordered a ‘cashmere’ cardigan on 15th December and the money was taken from my credit card immediately. It was eventually delivered on 28th December so as it was a Christmas present that was not helpful. There was no paper work in the package, no invoice or returns instructions which were definitively required as the ‘medium’ size cardigan was about a size 8 and was definitely not cashmere. This company should be avoided at all costs as they don’t reply to any requests or emails and goods and service are appalling.

Item never arrived. E:mails unanswered. Most obviously a scam company. AVOID.

I’m sorry that I didn’t research this company properly before I ordered. The clothing is of such poor quality as to be laughable ( I am not laughing). It did not arrive in the stated 6-10 days (was 21 days)- came after Christmas so was too late. And now I am being asked to pay for the return to China! There have been 25 emails so far and the conversation is going round in circles. I am getting nowhere. Please never buy from this company!!

I bought an expensive jacket with them.
They ARE DELIVERING IT IN THE UNITED DTATES after a long delay and after me asking them to refund me several times.

I would give this minus points if it were possible. The goods are rubbish and wrongly sized. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible. I would warn everyone out there to have nothing to do with this company. I feel I'm the victim of a scam.

If I could rate them zero I would . Items not as described poor customer service . Quality less than poor DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

If I could give no stars I would! Absolute rubbish from China. Ankle boots were almost £40 and supposed to be a size 39, I’d lucky if they fit my dog! Seen these crappy boots on Shein at a fraction of the price. Not happy but doubt there’s much we can do due to their wishy washy return policy. Avoid like the plague! Save your money and buy from a reputable company.

What an absolute joke of an outfit misleading why don't you put that your trash is coming from a under market factory in China . You really want to be ashamed of yourselves but you don't probably give a shit on the reviews that's left. You need to be closed down immediately, but you would only start up under another name selling more Chinese shit

Absolute rubbish. The wife thought “great just what I want” after searching everywhere for this type of coat. Price shown was £80 but on offer at £59. When received it was absolute TRASH. After reading reviews of this company she will be attempting to get a refund but doesn’t have much hope. LIKE MANY MORE PEOPLE, SHE HAS BEEN SCAMMED!!!!! Avoid DESTINY CLOTHING at all costs.!!!!!!

People, let's get this company shut down. I received a refund by raising a dispute with my bank. The details on the transaction were SP Destiny/Box7/Hoor/25321/DUBSWE Not sure if the number is my order number. A criminal investigation needs to be started.

Ordered a knitted Retro cardigan. When it arrived, it was nylon, huge, had a print on it to 'take off' a knitted design. To say it's bad is an understatement, it's clearly NOT anything like the pics advertised. Stay well away from this Chinese company, it's a SCAM!!! I've emailed my disgust/concerns to the company. They offered a 20% discount so to save wasting more money I accepted though. I could "gift it to someone special" they suggested... The only place to gift it is the bin!

Knitwear came with ladder holes all up the frontside of the sweatshirt. They wouldn’t even offer me a full refund on their mistake and tried to manipulate my decision with claiming that returning the knitwear wouldn’t be ‘environmentally friendly’ so I should ‘gift it to someone else’ or ‘keep it?’. Are you serious?! I will never shop here again and encourage people to never shop here EVER!

This retailer used Capos picture for a shirt jacket, so i purchased. Item was hideous, went straight into the clothes bin as too embarrassed to give it as a Christmas present. Annoyed I fell for this scam and lost £34. They refused refund. No point returning as it’s in china and shipping would cost a fortune. ** update, Halifax refunded me as technically this is fraud, they are selling counterfeit products in my case*

Poor quality items that aren’t fit for purpose. I ordered bamboo men’s pants. What arrived were nylon pants with tiny holes all over the front! Terrible. I only got 40% refund back. It takes a lot of emails. To return the item postage is for you to pay to China!
Not use this company. I won’t be.

The picture looked great the item when it arrived was nothing like. Cheap material awful colour (should have been white) I've better dish cloths !! Wished I'd read the reviews before ordering. My bank is on the case for me hopefully I'll get the money back.
