Took weeks for the shirt to arrive.
Quality of the material was poor.
Manufacture was terrible - loose threads and poorly finished.
Won't buy from here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Ordered a women's sweater. Took for ever to arrive, and when it did it was not in the material ordered (man made only versus a wool/man made blend as advertised). It was cut badly, again not as shown. Tried to send back (paying £17.95 for the privilege) and it's stuck in Chinese customs where the company won't collect it as they'd have to pay the refund. So no refund plus the added costs of a tracked return. Not to be trusted at all... after several months have finally given up trying to be repaid.

The material of the jacket is very poor quality and very poorly made. Never worth the money I paid. There was no paperwork/receipt giving details of return address which presumably was done deliberately to deter return. When I investigated online, it appeared the jacket would have to be returned to an address in China which may or may not be genuine. A total con!

Items were complete rubbish, not at all like the photos. Shoddy cheap material, not worth a fiver never mind the £30 odd quid they charged. Cost £14 to return to China, I doubt if I will get a refund. Avoid this shower of con merchants at all costs. Expensive mistake, I didn't realise the goods were coming from China, as this was cleverly disguised. Shop elsewhere.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. The items look nothing like the photos. Two jumpers were passable but made of very cheap material. I feel foolish to have been conned in such a way. Normally, I am careful what I order online. One jumper that looked knitted in the photo turned out to be a digitally printed piece of nylon - utter rubbish. Out of principle, I have sent it back at a cost of £22. Like others' experience, the item is being held in customs in China. We'll see if I get a refund or not. Like others, I thought it was a Swedish company.

Just received my hoodie from Destiny after several weeks. It’s a disgrace, I don’t know how they dare to sell this crap and I’ve told them so. Please don’t waste your money. It’s the wrong material, wrong size and the stitching a child could have done better. Zero stars

Ordered a coat from them.What an absolute joke.Bad quality and nothing like in the pictures.Tried to get a refund but its impossible.I dont understand why they leave sites like this exist.By the way it was saying its a swedish company but the coat came from china.AVOID.

Don’t buy from this company, I bought a cardigan that looked wonderful in the photo but when it arrived it was a cheap version in very shoddy fabric and had no Destiny label in it. Returns to CHINA are difficult and expensive and they do not offer full refunds. I have been conned, the quality is very poor and I would not even give this company one star but I was unable to give a review without it. Beware!

I have had to give this company 1 star to be able to write the review but I would agree with all the other reviews DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Everything looks great in the photos but the quality is appalling, most items don't even have a garment label telling you what the fabric is & no care instructions.
After emailing I found out that the goods had to be returned to China at my expense, despite having paid £30 to have the parcel tracked & traced I have had no refund 2 months later. Nowhere on their website does it make it clear this is the policy, I didn't realise the goods were coming from China, non of the models in the photographs are Chinese, it's a complete scam & I will be contacting my bank & trading standards.

BEWARE! I feel I have been conned. I ordered a ‘Prestige WOOL Coat.’
After waiting weeks for it to arrive, I’m livid! There isn’t any wool in it. The inside label says 95% Polyester 5% cotton. It’s been hung up since delivery and still looks like a creased, thin rag.
How to return? Emails to ‘Mae’ re a return have been pinging back and forth and I’ve now received the standard email offering me an immediate 25% refund which will reduce my environmental footprint and Marko Cheung/Co in Guangzhoo China laughs all the way to his bank.
I feel like logging it with trading standards. We should all complain to them but I fear this shower will change the ‘Destiny’ name and just re-advertise using the same photos.
Why I thought the coat was coming from Europe….🤷‍♀️

I had to score 1 star as that is the only way I can write this review. If only I had read reviews on here before ordering 2 jumpsuits in November for £102 which arrived looking nothing like the photos, Cheap, thin shabby material. I returned the parcel on Dec 11th for £28 and after tracking the parcel arrived in China on 19thDec. It is still in customs awaiting clearance a month later and after daily emails to destiny label I get fobbed off and my questions regarding clearance etc unanswered. This is a SCAM company. I am now going to report to my credit card company. These people need closing down and their fraudulent website removing from the internet to save loss of money and upset to other people.

On the 9/01/2025 I ordered one pair of trousers and somehow I checked out paying for 2 pairs . After a number of emails they agreed to credit the 2nd unwanted pair and refund the amount which has now been credited back into my account. However the original pair of trousers have still not been shipped as of today 17/01/2025. I have emailed a number of times requesting a reason for this delay with no answer other than, thank you for your patience. I have now emailed again to cancel the entire order and am waiting for confirmation that this will happen. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered two ladies pullovers that looked very nice on the photos. When they arrived, they were squeezed into the tiniest packaging and when I took them out, they were paper thin fabric, creased and looked so cheap, even though I had paid £78 for the two, which was reduced by a discount.
Absolutely disgusting quality. On top of this, when I returned the goods to China, the cheapest postage was £20. This company is selling the poorest quality clothing and charging what one would pay in Europe for a decent quality gament.

Just received delivery of denim dress ordered on behalf of my wife. Poor quality and ill fitting. Complicated refund process and required to bear cost estimated at £18. Not a company to do business with again.

Bought a jacket from this company quality was rubbish and not worth £55.00. don't buy from this company

BE AWARE NOTICE

I ordered a jump suit just before Christmas, it’s absolute cheap crap. Was just ready to return but have read the reviews about trying to return items. Definitely not spending more money trying to return. I am out £53.66 already.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

I would not have paid £5 for the rubbish which I received.

Ordered a two piece suit in navy blue in November £52.90 item poor quality and looked like pyjamas got in touch and sent them back via tracking at a cost off £27.50 took 4 days to get to China and they are still in customs after 2 months and won't give back money until they receive them which won't happen please avoid at all cost they just scam you

Suggest not use, poor quality, no paperwork, you need to track and trace return to China, with all paperwork.
I am not risking losing more money. I wish that I had looked on Trustpilot first !!!!!!
