Do not go even think about buying from this company! I ordered a cardigan, supposed to be ‘cashmere’ it arrived - what was sent I wouldn’t give to anyone. It wasn’t the cardigan I ordered, cashmere it certainly was not, it was rubbish. I tried to send back, they offered firstly a small discount going up and up when I wouldn’t accept any discounts and after refusing and arguing with them I was asked to send it back to before I got my refund. The return address was in China. This company was supposed to be in Hoor in Sweden!!!

I did send back the cardigan costing me £17, because I was determined to get my refund. This is their way of harassing people until they give up and lose their money. I’m waiting on my refund as they said the item was received and refund given but waiting for my bank to acknowledge! Don’t shop with them - the address for return was a named Chinese person with an address in China which had about 7/8 lines in their address. They are also on Facebook which I hope gets taken down.

SCAM Alert….please apply Minus 100 stars, and that wouldn’t be enough for this conning outfit..
Three dresses arrived in an A4 sized package! (All size 20) Horrendous quality!! Could read the paper through the material. £25 postage to send the rubbish back before they’d consider a refund!!! Then Had to threaten them with my credit card legal team before they made any attempt to give me my money back. (Took over two months of constant emailing)
Total disaster company AVOID like the plague is my only advise to you!!!!

The worst product I have ever received, the dress was supposed to be £80 I have never seen such bad quality in anything I have bought. It’s so disappointing

Hi, just an update, had the same experience as everyone else, but have just received a full refund so just e-mail customer service, tell them how crap the item is (they already know!) decline the 20/35/40/and 50 percent offer, never send there tat back, then eventually they refund, hope this helps, don’t let them scam and get away with it

The product I bought was pure rubbish.If I could give 0 stars I would.
I saw a " Cashmere cardigan " on this site at £38 . What was delivered I wouldn't even use to wash dishes. The item isn't the one in the photo. It is badly made and the material is cheap.
If I return this item I need to download a label then send it to China. The site gives its address as Sweden. This will cost me a fortune and there is absolutely no guarantee I'll get my money back. Company is a Chinese scam and I encourage anyone to think again before purchasing anything from them. Also known as Destiny label.com

For £42 this garment is disgusting; cheap, thin material. Not as shown on line. No label. No return information. It's a scam.

Like previous customers, I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from Destiny. Like them, I thought the company was based in Sweden as per their website address. It's Chinese.
I ordered a jacket and sweater. The jacket, when it arrived, was nothing like the colour, fabric or finish that was shown on the website. When I asked about returns they said: 'Instead of returning the item, which involves shipping costs that you'll need to cover, we suggest you keep it. The item might still be useful to you or could make a great gift for someone else. By doing this, you'll avoid shipping fees and help reduce environmental impact'. I thought this was plain cheeky! Returns have to be sent to China.
Customer service have been prompt to engage and have now offered me a 35% refund on the jacket without the need for return. I have reluctantly accepted this as I don't want to post goods half way round the world with the risk they may just be junked.
I tried to cancel the sweater, which has yet to arrive, but they said it was shipped. I suspect it'll be the same story.
I'm really disappointed with this label and also with myself for falling for a fashion scam.

Horrific experience when my parcel finally arrived after three weeks it was cheap nasty nylon material with fade colour patterns which could have been designed by a two year old. It was described as a cosy knitted jumper. Am reluctant to return it after reading other reviews.

Absolutely scam I order 2 item doesn’t fit on me was too small I return both item they refund me only one item, I paid £20 for return cost, so don’t buy anything absolutely poor customer service wasting money Iam fighting since September didn’t get my money back

I thought I was buying quality items. They’re cheap and nasty - nothing like the website pictures. The jumper is not cotton - it’s horrible. No labels, no washing instructions.

And at nearly £50 each, I wish I’d bought from my High Street brands!

Plus they took ages to arrive.

I think this is a cheap scam company who pretend to be based in Sweden but are really just running a sweat shop out of China.

Shocking company took my order nearly 3 weeks ago whe. I checked website said based in Sweden but thus is not the case based in China 3 weeks later tell me item out of stock and I will get a refund in 10 days as I threatened with reporting to my credit card company, a shocking company to deal with ,

I really wish I'd read your reviews before purchasing. I bought a hoodie for £37 which looked great on the webpage, it has arrived and is just awful. Nothing like the picture. It is cheap nylon material and badly finished. Having read your reviews I won't waste my money returning it. Avoid this company, it's a scam.

If I could give a no star review, I would, they won’t give you your money back.

Ordered a shacket and got sent a cheap knock off version completely different material and design to that advertised. Broadly the danger colours. Asked for them to send correct product and instead of doing so, they've asked me to keep the product and accept 25% off because they care about the environment... A company that ships individual items direct from China. They've even had the cheek to say I have to pay for postage if I send the product back. It's not the wrong fit or a question of taste - they've sent a completely different top to the one advertised. Bordering on fraudulent. Wish I could upload picks to show what I ordered and what I got... It it hasn't left a hole in my wallet it would be laughable. AVOID

Bought the Andrew Gent Fleece Set & Borccel Premium Tracksuit. They took 3 weeks to arrive, so for 3 weeks I genuinely believed I'd been scammed. When they finally arrived, the sizing was all over the place, so I gave both sets away. Having been through the ordering/delivery process, there was no way I was going to subject myself to their returns process.
Don't do it, you will be very disappointed.

I too was scammed. Do not send it back to China. Send Destiny an email first. Then get in contact with your bank and ask for your money back from this company. The only wool there was in my product was the wool they pulled over my eyes. Karma, Destinylabel, is coming for you...

Complete scam! Had a Swedish address, guess non existant, but stupid me did not check for once. £ 37 for a ‘jacket’ that that a road worker would be ashamed to wear! M&S from now.

ordered "cashmere" cardigan and a colourful jumper. The cardigan is poor quality but wearable, the coloured jumper is disgusting. Poor quality material, trown togerther, baggy and shapeless. Avoid this company.
Its obviously pointless to return items reading other reviews, will have to iron and give to the charity shop.

DO NOT buy anything from this Company! Dreadful quality, bears NO resemblance to the pictures!!! And, you have to pay to return to CHINA!!!
