Total Scam!!! Horrible Customer Service!!! Liars!!! It is wonder they are still allowed to do business.
STAY AWAY - VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
Big time scam! Stay away from these A-holes. On the phone they told me all the things they would cover and when it came time to get their service…… they denied my claims. When I requested my refund they didn’t give it back even though their own documentation said I was owed at least a partial of the total I paid. If enough of us band together I’d be glad to join in on a class action law suit and put them out of business.
Call 7zero two- 68two-239four.
It's basically the founder or someone at the top of the business (Co founder type) who's involved in sending initial paperwork supposed "insurance paper" letters and has thr contact info of everyone at this scam company.
His name is cra!g mck!3rnan. Make sure to ask him to refund or tell dlp office to refund. You can also get 60 days (or up to 4 months) refund by calling the bank and asking to do a chargeback.
I files a claim for a $4500 repair after I had the dealership do the repairs and they said I did not follow the proper procedure to file the claim and was denied. for my second repair, I was told the dealer would have to contact them with the information on the needed repairs and get approval to do the work after they have negotiated the repairs and amount of qualified reimbursement. The deal was in contact with them for a couple of weeks while they determined what would be covered, which was substantially less than the 75% that was in the contract. The dealer got approval for the work and performed that work. They said I had to pay the full amount and send them the invoice and proof of payment and when I did so, they denied the claim. I called and explained what had happened and the work was already authorized for the dealer to perform. They said someone would get back to me and weeks went by without anyone calling back. I called again and they said the claim was denied and ignored all documents provided. They said I had to have a number that I was not told about and said the number that they had provided to the dealer to do the work was a claim number and not an authorization number (a lie). This is certainly a scam and fraud. They will tell you anything to get you to purchase the service but will not pay and deny your claim or not pay even if approved.
I’ve been trying to get a GAP refund for months now. They keep telling me that they sent the check but it got damaged in the mail, so they sent another check but here it’s been a month and still haven’t seen it. They keep saying over and over that it’s been sent but the mail doesn’t take this long at all. They won’t give me a tracking number or anything on it. And said that they have to wait 90 days before they can re-issue another check. I’ll be taking legal action before too long.
This company owes me for gap cancellation. Every time I call I get the run around. Was just told my check would be mailed last week. Called today and they said next week. This happens over and over. It is MY money! I'm furious with this company.
This company is definitely a fraud had purchased a GAP insurance thru them when refinanced my vehicle, car ended up being a total loss & had a $1000 balance left on loan after insurance paid out majority of the loan, figured my GAP would cover the rest but instead they charge $600 something on interest $400 on condition fee & $14 late fee which means they only paid $6 towards my balance. Complete BS I guess it’s their way of not paying out large sums of $…. So beware and stay away
My son has the most expensive policy through this company. He took his car to the dealership locally and has been without a car for months. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I think its just a scam. They are not covering anything that cost any money.
These guys are scammers. Do not sign up. They use the 'press 1 to be connected' scheme to get around the whole robo call issue. They farm out a lead generation system to Bengladesh, and then route to California. They hang up on you the minute you mention the FCC.
Then you call the New Jersey Number 888.361.9611 and they say 'It's not us'. We never contact customers directly.
So something is fishy. Either they pay a commission to anyone bringing them a new deal (and those guys use Robocalling tactics), or they are just flat out dishonest.
Can't speak to their product, but they need to be investigated and shut down.
If Dealerloyaltyprotection.com truly cares... they would simply stop paying commission or referral deals out. Do that... and let's see if the robocalls stop.
I have filed a complant with the FCC.
Fraud, keep them on the line as long as possible and then tell them your name is Harry Butlicker. The longer you can keep them on the line the less chance they have to rip off people who may think this is real.
This company is nothing but fraud. They made false promises while selling the policy and only covered partial amount of my claim. After they approved partial amount of 1000$, I was made to follow up multiple times to receive check. When I finally received one, it was only $360.Even after having all proof in an email about actual amount approved and they marked my phone number so no one ever picks the call. When I called from my spouse's number and it got picked up. The moment I mentioned its for a claim, this person hanged up and probably marked my spouse's number too.
Such a shame!! I have no idea how they are still around and able to get away with people's money even after soo many bad reviewed.
This is the extended warranty company that doesn't stop calling you. Do not use this business if you want to end spam calling.
I signed up for a extended warranty on my personal vehicle from a company called Dealer Loyalty Protection. A “Down Payment” was required and was due to be deducted from my bank account.
Upon reflection I decided to cancel the policy, I subsequently endured a very long and protracted one sided conversation with their so called representative, who harangue me endlessly saying I was making a mistake, ad nauseam. I persisted, demanding the policy be canceled. After terminating the call he tried to call me back three times in the next minute. To be sure I contacted the actual policy holder, which according to the contract, Was “SING For Service, LLC d/b/ as MEPO, of Chicago, Il.”.
After a long conversation with a Supervisor from MEPO, I was informed the their system confirmed that the policy was indeed canceled. However, the Supervisor also said that the down payment was to be paid to the company who sold me the policy, Dealer Loyalty Protection.
In effect, said down payment was a commission payable to Dealer Loyalty, not to MEPO. Any attempt to recover the down payment would have to come from Dealer Loyalty Protection not MEPO. I was forced to pay a fee to be bank to stop the pending payment. Incidentally, their address is only a P.O. Box in New Jersey! I close with a time worn saying: BUYER BEWARE!!
It's a ripoff!! They have no intentions of helping you out with your car repairs, just want to collect the monthly payments and provide nothing in return. They have nothing but excuses for denying your claim. They told the mechanic I was 2 months behind on payments, which was a lie. Then they told me my claim was never submitted another lie. Don't sign up with them
FRAUDSTERS DENIED MY CLAIM AND NEVER ANSWER ANY CALLS AT ALLLL. They called me 5 days in a row to sell me then don’t answer when it’s time to pay my claim. I will be filing a bbb complaint.
NOT A RECOMMENDED COMPANY, THEY DO NOT HAVE BETTER BUSINESS ACCEDITATION. GOOGLE THEM BEFORE DOINT BUSINESS
This company does not know the meaning of STOP CALLING ME! After looking over a “scammy” looking policy sample I decided to not move forward with this company. They won’t stop calling me with their robo calls!!! Dealer Loyalty Protection is a pure scam plain and simple.
