the worst page to buy products, the products never arrive and there is no way to communicate with them, only automated emails that say the same thing over and over again, they do not send you the products and they steal your money.

I dont quite understand all the bad reviews. Dc states on their website that they are experiencing delays with the new border rules to the UK, and that the tracking number from dpd only activates when the parcel enters the UK. They aren't fake as people are so quick to state.
This being said, I've ordered 3 times over the past few months and have noticed each time it took 4 working days to ship, then a further 6 days for delivery. Yes thats a while to wait but everything went smoothly. If you want your order quickly, go elsewhere but I think customers need to learn to be patient at the moment.
I can't fault DC right now,they're doing their best and the shoes are always great quality.
I can't account for their customer service, as I've not had a reason to contact.

The question is why did DC still take orders knowing DPD was not delivering to the UK.

Why did DC not make it clear to the customer that there currier was not delivering to the UK.

as long as they have your money they really don't care.

I don't put up with bulls*t from companies, gone straight to PayPal for my refund.

Ordered on the 7th of January and my item wasn't shipped until 3rd of February. Communication was terrible and I apparently couldn't even cancel my order even though it hadn't shipped. Shoes were cheaply made and not what I expected for such a big company. I would send them back but would probably take months to get my refund. I'd avoid at all cost.

Same as others. Ordered 8th January- tracking number given was eventually showing on DPD but states that parcel not received yet. I just received generic emails saying there is a delay due to BREXIT but nothing about Europe to UK delays on DPD. I am disgusted and have raised a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back as there seems no hope of the actual goods that I paid for!!!

Just like the others , ordered in the beginning of January, no update on DPD , no response from customer service.

Like everyone below, I am waiting on a few items purchased a month ago. Customer service is disgraceful. They dont reply other than a generic message.
Buy somewhere else instead.

Placed an order on the 9/01 3-5 days estimated delivery. But please be mindful of the current situation.. 15/01 email to say parcel had been dispatched.. tracking information not showing anything found a phone number called DC to be told Brexit! We are sorry for the delay! That’s been on the cards for what 4 years now! 25/01 little update DPD know about my parcel but don’t have it. 02/02 DPD still don’t have my parcel.. I still don’t have my parcel.. I will put the customer service number in case anybody is struggling to find....

used to shop with them frequently but recent experience has been so bad I cannot recommend to anyone!

I ordered a pair of shoes back in December but they didn't fit right and the left shoe had a faulty sole (stitching coming away, lots of lumps) so I sent them back and it has now been near enough two months since they recieved them and they STILL have not refunded me and keep sending out auto-generated responses and will not respond to my paypal case/query to refund me at all.

escalated the case through paypal and hope they refund me asap but I'll definitely never be shopping here again!

Ordered 1 item worth £14 so i'm not too bothered that it hasn't arrived. I should have read these reviews before thinking about ordering.
Customer Care is non existant apart from automated email replies saying they have recieved your request.
Shipping info barely works right and you can't just cancel an order you have to wait until you eventually get it to then send it back in your own time. Disgusting from a well known company.

If I could give these a 0 I would! Ordered just after Christmas and still haven't received my order. After contacting them three times, I am told that dpd have my parcel and are waiting for it to come through customs. I work for a customs company and can assure you that no parcels are waiting! They are a scam and I've lost a lot of money ordering from them. DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

Absolutely shocking service. Items listed as in stock so placed the order.

Later get an email form PayPal saying that my requested refund was being processed.

No explanation or apology provided by DC Shoes, I had to login to find out the issue. Basically, they had no stock and rather than contacting me and admitting it, they fake a customer refund request and make out I cancelled the order, then don’t even have the decency to email me.

While I am grateful for the fast refund, the manner in which it was handled is a total disgrace.

They said they look forward to seeing me back in the future, that is highly unlikely to happen.

Parcels are not shipped for half month even stated in website 3-5 business days. It's complete scam. Customer service is useless just sending generic answers. No sign of parcel or any movement in tracking information. I had to move before parcel arrived so order is wasted and no refund provided. Avoid at any costs!

So dc shoes uk are we trading under in the uk? As great thing about companies house that the government allow access too as dc have there business number on there website so who are LANAI LIMITED? Can you explain that dc shoes as only three people work there down in your so called London branch use are using brexit as an excuse the fact is use don’t have the staff or means to for full an order to me use are a con company! Let me just start with I will never order from dc again I actually managed to find an email address and got a response being in the uk I asked dc to cancel and give me a refund under the consumer’s act the shoes where still in there warehouse and got told no as they where shipped when that was a load of crap so they refused my right to a refund I have to agreed with every review on this don’t dare by from here they used the excuse of brexit but to me that’s a load of bull crap plain and simple they have had trouble for months! I ordered something same day i ordered these shoes 29th December from Germany got it 8th of January delivered by dpd same company dc are using to deliver! So obviously using brexit as an excuse was slezy as anything but I’m luck 15 days after ordering I contacted my bank told them everything proving with emails etc I got my money back from my bank I have had dpd try to deliver today I just rejected the order told dc not to bother with a refund as all ready had it via my bank I got a pair of vans instead

This people are bordering on criminal. They are giving out fake tracking numbers and then literally disappear. Read all reviews below, and DO NOT order anything. Shoes dispatched with fake Tracking details a month ago, gone into the ether - no reply to any emails. I'm doing everything I can to report these crooks.

Just awful. Placed an order. No communication. Told items have shipped with tracking number that don't work. Tried to contact them through email. twitter, Facebook etc. but no reply. Absolutely terrible company....don't but from here!

Been months. No order. Emails saying backlog being cleared parcels starting to ship from 15th Jan. Generic automated responses. Received another reply today saying parcels being sent out now from 22nd Jan. Exactly the same emails I've been getting for weeks. £200 worth of orders no where to be found.

Tracking still the same as it was a month ago.
DISGUSTED.

Will never buy anything from them again. As I'm sure a lot of people won't now either, DC you've lost nearly all your custom due to serious incompetence. Shame.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered! I'm a huge fan of DC shoes, nothing compares in my opinion however this company ARE NOT UK BASED. I ordered 2 pairs of childrens shoes just before Christmas! It is now January 24th and still nothing! Customer service sent a generic email response stating the parcel is with DPD and stuck in Belgium due to Brexit! I find it totally mind boggling that reviews as far back as 2019 are stating the same thing!
I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to take this further! Wish I had read reviews first! Lesson learned! Avoid dcshoes.co.uk

Ordered 2 jackets from this company prior to brexit and still no sign. used this company loads over the years and tbh they're the worst company ive ever dealt with for customer service. Ive went straight to my bank and they have agreed to take this forward as the company are now in breach of consumer rights etc. No point trying to engage with them, just avoid in future and make sure you update every social network platform around informing your friends and family to avoid this company or shop at your peril.

Eventually got my jackets delivered. Random text message one morning from DPD saying delivery due that day which was 4wks almost after ordering. Unfortunately this was little to late as I'd already contacted my credit card company who happily took on this dispute and speedily refunded me. Now dc shoes have my bank to deal with and thanfully i can sit back and chillax knowing they will get their bottoms felt from all angles as im sure these financial institutes wont take no sheet.. Im a great believer in karma and i sure hope Dc shoes gets its come up ins..

After ordering from dc-shoes I received an shipped notice to inform me my order has been shipped inc tracking number and some random jargon
After a week I receive a new email to inform me my order is due to brexit " held up at there Belgium warehouse" and there logistics team are working to fix the issue this I don't doubt but after 3 emails and still no luck I sent a 4th asking for a refund to purchase some that are instock within the UK still no such luck will update if I progress further......
