The whole process is sketchy. If you change your mind about what you've ordered before it's shipped they won't cancel it for you. When you return it be sure to have tracked shipping as I sent my item back and after 3 weeks of it being delivered I still had no refund. Their email customer support is possibly the worst I've ever had, they really need to be investigated for poor business practices. I had to contact dc shoes on Facebook and they were actually helpful and got my refund sorted for me. If it wasn't for the Facebook customer support (I think its American based which explains why they're so much better) I don't think I'd have ever received my money back.

Don't use them, absolutely appalling customer service, have emailed them for a refund 10 times now had to pay £8.99 to return items when it clearly states free returns, I am seeking a refund through my credit card now😡😡😡

I thought I would write a positive review after seeing all the negative ones. I bought a pair of trainers from DC Shoes UK on the 23rd March and they were delivered on the 1st April, and there hasnt been any problem. Yes, they are shipped from Belgium and it states 7 to 10 working days delivery which is correct. No problem with the shoes, excellent quality and fit fine, no problems. I expected to wait longer actually. You have to understand that due to Covid and Brexit, they cannot currently operate a full service.

It saddens me that a once great brand has hit the self distruct button. In 12 months they have destroyed there reputation, very poor customer service and terrible delivery times. I understand we are in a pandemic but instead of being greedy and trying anything you can to recoup your losses maybe you should stop taking orders for now and clear the back log of mess yous have created. Maybe be more open with your customers and tell them that you are struggling to cope in this unusual climate, instead of keep sending me special offers to buy more stuff even tho I haven't even received my order from February. Yous are leaving a sour taste in my mouth Dc, give your heads a wobble and sort yourselves out ffs.

Ordered shoes that took over a month to arrive, they were faulty so sent them back on 7th Feb (it is now 25th March) and have received no refund. Cannot contact them only send an email with pre asked questions where you get a generic response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair of trainers on the 28th January, Arrived on 10th Feb. Not suitable so returned on the 12th Feb no refund received. Have tried emailing, ringing to be cut off everytime after 5 minutes. Have proof of postage so will now try to get my money back through paypal or mastercard.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Ordered shoes and shirt. 14 emails, 2 twitter DMs, 4 web page customer service. NO RESPONSE APART FROM AUTO REPLIES. product not received. Had to take a PAYPAL dispute and got my money back. DO NOT USE

I bought a pair of shoes which eventually turned up but they were too small (weird sizes as I've never had a pair of size 10s that were too small before) so I decided to return. I have signed proof the delivery was taken back in but I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. I have tried about 50 times to call all their numbers but with no answer, they will not respond to any emails. THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MY MONEY plain and simple. I cannot believe they are getting away with this. DO NOT BUY FROM DC SHOES.

UPDATED: I eventually managed to contact them via Facebook, and they then refunded the amount. If anyone is having the same issue I suggest attempting contact via Facebook or Twitter.

Bought a pair of trainers which I tried to then cancel (didn’t happen). When they arrived, I returned them to the address label provided. Waiting almost a month for it to be refunded and have only had automated responses so far. Apparently the returns go to Belgium which isn’t stated online, so understand the delay but this should really be advised on the website. Have lost hope that the return will be received and that I’m out of pocket.

Sent a returns item recorded delivery at the beginning of Feb. Fast forward the clock 6 months, no refund. Raised a query through their support function and got a BS automated response. Looking at other people's feedback it would seem this company has lost control of their logistics processes.
I will be using their competitors going forward

Still no response from DC other than the generic email, However, Successfully managed to get a refund by opening a case in PayPal by supplying all the details and evidence.

Learned my lesson and will not be buying from this company again

I ordered 3 sale items in the January sales. Delays receiving which in their automated emails put down to “ new custom rules and additional requirements which came in to effect on 1st January 2021” and that “parcels will start arriving in the UK from 15th January so we will now be able to start clearing our backlog”

Eventually received my items all good with two but wanted to return one, as not right size and wanting to return and refund, I sent back using the printed labels etc.

Tracked mail confirms delivered early Feb, still no response to their handling and refund.

Again their automated emails put this down to “ new EU/UK trading customs rules were put in place on 1st January 2021” and that it will be processed in 10 working days (French working days as returns need to be shipped back to Belgium)

No acknowledgement or communication from them, queried weekly since and get nothing from them....

Absolutely shocking service really. Never ordering online with DC again.

I ordered three sets of shoes. Two weeks after I ordered them, one pair was delivered. Contacted customer support...Nothing but an automated message from "Alice" to make it seem like you've got hold of someone. They don't even have a phone number to call them on, and all the Facebook and Twitter links on their web page goes to the actual DC Shoe page in the US, and not their DCshoes-uk page. About a week later two sets of shoes turn up, even though they were all supposed to be size 8, they were widely different sizes, making me feel they're all fake. It's a total scam!
What they've also cunningly done is give PayPal a different returns address to the one on their returns label. What this means is when you apply for a refund through PayPal, because your proof of returns postage address is different, PayPal won't give you a refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS

Impossible to get in touch with customer service. Item took ages to deliver and now I cannot return it. AVOID THESE BL##DY SCAMMERS.

order on the 12th of feb, mailed them twice about wanting a tracking number - no reply.
mailed them for a third time telling them i've started a visa dispute - suddenly got a tracking number - but no response from them.

fast forward to 14 days later and dpd still have the tracking number but have never received the parcel, wish i hadn't bothered with them, just want a refund at this point and to walk away.

if DC shoes read this i don't know how you sleep at night, taking peoples money and just disappearing without ever sending anything. especially at a time when some people might not have the money to buy elsewhere while they wait for a bank refund.

This is one of the worst companies I have purchased from. Ordered almost 1 month ago. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it but was told I couldn't cancel as my order had already been shipped. I tracked the order 4days later & it still hadn't been dispatched, so I was lied to right away. Fast forward over 3weeks and my order still hasn't arrived. I have sent numerous emails and if I'm lucky to get a response at all, it's an automated one. The boots I ordered were meant as a birthday gift and the date has now long passed. Save your money & do not order from this company. I wish id checked these reviews before spending my money. Definitely something bogus going on here with this company which is a shame as I always held the brand in high regard. I've had to open a case with PayPal in an attempt to get my money back. Go elsewhere folks!

Insanely slow. It’s been a month since I ordered off the website and I’ve still not received my shoes.

I thought buying direct from DC through the board riders club would be a good experience but it’s been absolutely awful.

They apparently shipped them finally this week but the tracking number they sent doesn’t exist so who knows if they’ll ever turn up.

Not using again.

Bought reserve stock from DC this past weekend, the 2021 double box. Shortly after purchasing I received confirmation and a 7-10 day estimation. Shortly after THAT, I received another email telling me I was being refunded.
So I went back to the page and they still had my size, so I ordered another. They confirmed the order and then told me I was being refunded... again.
I contacted them through email, which has taken them a few days to reply to, although it is automated and just says about brexit and how they’re trying to get my order to me.
I contacted their Instagram page who replied instantly. They couldn’t really give me a definitive answer as to whether my order would be coming though, I’ve sent them the automated email and told them the co. Had taken my money - they said it should guarantee me at least one box.

I have had the £300 i spent in total refunded however... but now have to play the waiting game which could take months according to other reviews, but at least I have my money regardless.

They are a big company/conglomerate and have had a huge sale on so am happy to be patient because I really like these shoes.

Their Instagram media team have really held my expectations of customer service together though so hats off to those guys - I love DC and their trainers just hope these shoes pull through!!
Will happily send them the money back!
