This is a update from a previous review I left around 2 weeks ago. This was supposed to have been a Xmas present for my son. Still no parcel, no delivery date, can’t get a hold of anyone. After my final email to the company saying I want a full refund, strangely enough I have just received confirmation that my parcel has been shipped. When checking the tracking details, it states that there is no parcel data for this delivery??? I have now messaged my card company to get a full refund. This company is totally fraudulent. Avoid at all costs!

Much like everybody below I ordered a pair of shoes weeks ago and am still being fed excuse after excuse. Each email I receive reinforces the refund policy (they don't do refunds), I would have requested my money back long ago if there were. Next course of action is to contact my bank and see if I can get the money back that way.

Exactly the same experience as the reviews before mine. Ordered a pair of boots on 30 December. Received an email to say they'd been dispatched with a tracking number that didn't exist. Several days after the estimated dispatch date, I received an automated email to tell me my delivery had been delayed due to Brexit. I then contacted the company by email and have received no response or explanation.

It's bad enough that DC does not have the integrity to be honest with its customers before they order about potential delays, but for its "Customer Service" department to not even acknowledge or respond to its customers is unforgivable.

Brexit and COVID are not an excuse, many other companies I use are still able to dispatch and deliver items on time.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 29th December . Its now the 20th of January and i have no specific delivery date. I had chased this up a few times after receiving requests to leave feedback about my shoes without even having them delivered yet. I asked to make a complaint and expressed dissatisfaction but i just got a generic template email response. The excuse so far has been problems with brexit and logistics however they did not think best to say this on website and were happy to take the orders. Whats going on? Bought a pair of shoes to see me through, really should not have to.

Horrendous company. Ordered shoes that stated they would be delivered within 5 working days. Two weeks have past and still nothing. Have been given a fake tracking number which doesnt exist. Emailed and told some rubbish about how there waiting for them to arrive from Europe and that there is hold ups due to brevity, even though they state they are in the UK and that the shoes were suppose to be in stock. Have asked for a refund but that has been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs as they are a con. Take your money with no intention of sending any items

Awful. I have been conned. They sent me a tracking number for a parcel from last year and nothing to do with my order. I tried emailing and messaging on Facebook and nothing. It was supposed tcbe a gift for my partner. Absolutely disgusted. Can't even get a refund.

I ordered a pair of trainers for my partner - they came very quickly no hassle. Unfortunately were too small and so I sent them back and ordered a bigger pair. They were dispatched again quickly however due to an issue with the courier company they got lost. I emailed the company regarding the matter and that is when I looked up the reviews here and panicked thinking I would be out of pocket for 2 pairs of shoes - that was not the case!! The company informed me they were investigating the missing shoes and refunded me. My refund for the 1st pair was also processed. I think their communication was maybe a little slower than other companies but then I was contacting them after black friday, before Christmas and during a pandemic when more people than ever were buying online. I honestly would not hesitate to use this company again!!!

Takes too long to reply to emails. Was refunded without a reason but don't see why it takes so long to get a refund paid back to my account.
This time of year is expensive, so now I'm a large chunk of money down that I wont get in time to then reorder something else with this money to arrive in time for christmas. I really don't understand the delay in refunds..... when we pay for goods, you receive the money instantly. Why does it take so long for companies to repay money back to customers?
Massively disappointed as im now a gift short for a family member. Thanks DC SHOES!!
I wont be shopping with this company again and im now moving to a different brand of footwear

Shocking customer services, do nothing to help as many others have said. Currently awaiting a refund due to wrong order. Will keep to purchasing elsewhere now.

Ordered shoes on 19/112020 still awaiting a credit even though they have been accepted back by DC Shoes.

I ORDERD 2 THINGS FROM THEIR ACDC RANGE IN A SIZE SMALL COMING TO A TOTAL OF 90 POUNDS. IT TOOK A WHIKE TO ARRIVE BIT STRANGE AS IT STATES UK IN THE WEBISTE. NOT ONLY DID A RANDOM SELECTION OF 4 TOPS, IN A SIZE LARGE, WITH NO ORDER FROM BUT IT NO REPLYS TO EMAIL, TWITTER FACE BOOK OR CALLS. ASWELL HAS THAT IT FOST 16 POUND TO SHIP BACK TO BELGUIM. COMPLETE SCAM AND IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE DO

I had seen a pair of shoes on DC for my husband and they were half price (bargain!). I placed my order on Thursday and received a dispatch notice on the same day. Received tracking link for DPD and the shoes were delivered on Saturday, earlier than expected. Didn’t have any problems at all, not sure if I was just lucky considering the rest of the reviews?

My favourite brand of skate shoe, great for mountain biking too and walking my dog. Huge on comfort, Graffik is the coolest cut shoe, can't get enough of them ! Great customer service & big feel good experience in the DC Store. Thank you DCShoes

On the 23rd October I ordered a pair of DC Penza shoes.
Then 27th I received an email saying my shoes been shipped!!
Great...or so I thought.
After trying the DPD Tracking the DPD tracking said it could not find my reference number
I then emailed DC, low & behold no response from there end like most say on here!!!
I then contacted DPD to which they told me they do not have anything for me from DC!
I then found DC tel no. And called them.
They answer & after I complain about there slow processing and a fake DPD tracking they apologized & told me they would look in to it & pretty much blamed their warehouse for the mess up.
I asked if they could tell me when to expect my shoes to which they replied they could not say and just keep in contact ....once they send it will be a further 5 extra days on top on the delay I have recieved from this terrible company so far!!
Never again!!
And I will be inclined to file for a full refund with PayPay very soon!!!

You have been warned.

I ordered a pair of DC shoes that state that the uppers are leather. When they arrived I was surprised to find that the uppers have zero leather even though there is a real leather symbol on the sticker inside and the label states the uppers are leather.
The shoes look quite nice but I wouldn't have bought them if I had known and looking at the reviews on this site I'm feeling a little reluctant about returning them. They don't fit brilliantly which wouldn't be such an issue if they were leather as they would stretch with my feet.

Bought a pair of DC boots 3 months ago - they have fallen to bits after 2 months of light use
No response from DC customer service - have tried for 4 weeks to get a response from Customer Service, absolutely nothing back. Am following civil recovery to get my money back and I advise any one else in the same situation to do the same.

What was once a great brand is now a joke, online only contact that doesn't exist and sub-par products.

Spend your money anywhere than with this company.

I'll be doing everything I can to actively encourage my company network to boycott these charlatans.

I suggest you do the same, and deal with an alternative brand that has some integrity.

Wouldn't even give a star for this absolute joke of a company! Along with DPD these absolute money grabbing dickwads take your money then your item never comes! I contacted DPD they told me they couldn't track or find my shoes, they told me nothing they can do but I need to contact DC shoes, iv sent emails that haven't been replied too and when I call the line goes dead after the automated service.. Don't waste your time or your money!

This company needs to go out of business. There's no place in today's world for a brand with service this bad. COVID-19 has impacted nearly every organisation, but nobody has failed as bad as DC Shoes. No delivery, no update, no customer service response. No excuses. I would happily accept delays and issues if I at least knew what was going on, and I was able to speak to somebody. Also, their customer service teams stop for an hour's lunch every day and finish early on Fridays! It's laughable. What decade is this business operating in?! I used to love this brand, but based on this experience, they need to close their doors for good!

Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Item was received 05/08/2020 by DC Shoes by Royal Mail. Still no refund. Called many times, no one ever answers the phone. Just getting generic answer from customer service saying i need to wait 10 days since the item was received, today is 21/08/2020. I waited 10 working days, still the same email and no refund.
