Bought a Mini from here this week, wonderful experience from initial contact, reservation and appointment with Callum to a test drive and completion of paperwork with Steve. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and no hard sell, with such great cars they don’t need to! Honest, professional, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with, could not ask for more. Excellent service, highly recommended and we will be back!

Your salesman JON advised us at the time of viewing that the issue with the rear camera was due to the lens needing cleaning and reassured us that it would be fine. We also raised this concern while at the dealership. In reality, this was misleading.

In addition, the condition of the vehicle was not as presented. Your salesman allowed his Weimaraner dog to shed hair throughout the car, and despite this being clearly visible, the vehicle was not cleaned to an acceptable standard prior to handover.

This is the second review I have posted because our direct emails have not been responded to. Reviews are intended to reflect genuine customer experiences, and this is mine.

I believe it is important that other customers are aware of both the issues with the vehicle and the level of customer service we received in how this matter has been handled.

From start to finish Steve at Dace motors was brilliant. Everything was explained clearly and the whole experience of buying the car was excellent.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my Skoda Kodiaq sportline from Dace German motor centre in Stockport, I first had contact with Ryan on the phone, very good customer service, had the car in showroom condition when picking it up, very happy with the service and vehicle.

After many many years of driving Citroen 2cvs, I purchased a lovely little Nissan Micra from Dace, assisted by Callum and Liam, both of whom were friendly and helpful. I was extremely nervous about getting a different car, but was soon put at ease, firstly by Callum and then by Liam. I left feeling very confident and very happy. Thank you.

Been looking for a specific spec of Merc for a while and saw one on autotrader by Dace. Was a bit reluctant at first as I'm in Edinburgh and unsure I wanted to travel to Stockport. However after speaking with Jon Bibby, who was friendly and helpful, I decided to pay a holding fee.
The following week my wife and I travelled south to see the car, where we met Jon in person! John was great to deal with and not at any time did he push us under any pressure to buy! The car sold itself!! E Class coupe.
Deal done at reasonable price for new and trading in my C class estate.
A couple of dsys later Jon phoned to ask how things are going, a refreshing experience from a car dealer. Most are not interested once you drive away!

We called Dace Motors in a Sunday afternoon for a test drive on the VW ID.3, and we are so happy that they arranged a test drive for us within an hour. They also provided a battery performance test report within a day. We explained that we had no car on hand, and Dace Motors is willing to deliver the car to us on the next day of purchase, free of charge! I am now using the new car for 2 weeks and it is really good!
