I went to look at a car that I had seen on Dace site, on Monday 26.10.26. A lovely man called Noel came to help me. I looked round the car, and decided that I wanted to buy it. I went back on the 27.10.26 to finalise the purchase. It was the most hassle free experience I have ever had. Everything was explained to me fully. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation. All the paperwork was completed by Noel, tax log book absolutely Everything. I cannot thank Noel enough. And would recommend Dace to anyone who asked

Excellent service from start to finish. Put a holding deposit on a car as i couldnt make the trip to see it for about a week. They held the car for me and when i viewed i was happy to go along with the purchase.

Was such a pleasant experience at Manchester road Dace with Steve. We took our time looking round to process what we wanted, and Steve was more than happy to nip in and out with keys. His knowledge and experience was really helpful during a very stressful time. We have picked a car we love at a reasonable price, and was able to secure it with a low deposit. I have not given 5 stars because of my experience with this group as reveiwed and fel that this is a fair review given the time I have had to spend with an issue that should not have been mine to deal with in the first place. I found the vehicle I liked at the right price online and decided to travel to view the vehicle being a 2022 BMW Hybrid. I was happy with condition although it did have a few chips and usual age related marks which Dace MG did take care of before handover by covering some of the worst ones and supplying a bottle of matching touch up paint. Where it all goes down hill is as follows.. I got to test drive and was quite happy with the car. I returned to collect the vehicle and after completing payment left the dealership ready for home and entered the motorway back to Mid Wales. About 10 miles into the journey I was alerted to a tyre pressure fault. A bit alarming as I was not expecting it. When it was safe I stopped to check and all seemed fine. So I got home and tried to reset the tyre pressure monitor countless times and reported the fact to Dace MG. I got an authorisation to take the vehicle to local tyre centre and had the sensor checked (Not transmitting). Dace agreed to a check and replace sensor. When the tyre was removed it was found that only half a sensor was remaining within the tyre (And no other remains) and that the tyre was ripped inside with wires showing I took and sent photo. (They were new tyres at the time) The car had been driven by Dace MG an extra 500 miles since the tyres had been replaced and the vehicle showed 650 more miles on the clock than on the original advert therefore somebody at Dace MG had driven the vehicle for a lot of miles and had obviously before my test drive cancelled the TPMS fault or log. They agreed to pay for the new TPMS sensor but not the damaged tyre which was noted as dangerous by the tyre company and the only way to get back on the road was to pay the £96.00 myself and I never got that back. The other issue was that after being told there was a full dealer history, I could not access it in the vehicle as it had been wiped and I was given a part printed paper copy which was not readable. I eventually got the full history record which showed a year missing. I purchased the vehicle just less than 3 months ago and am no longer the owner but have sourced the same model used approved vehicle from Williams BMW Liverpool for slightly more cost price but with full history, less mileage and better condition with higher spec. Although the vehicle was OK from Dace MG I would be cautious and check everything if you purchase here. The Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Dont buy the extended warranty either. The best place for an extended warranty is Cover Me Warranty. If I was to purchase here again I would check absolutely everything, be absolutely thorough and in some cases even plug an OBD scanner in or take a vehicle mechanic with you.
I do believe that they do cover up electrical faults and try to pass the fault over to the customer. Pay a deposit with a credit card in order to get the credit card protection section 75 up to £30,000 which you will not get with a debit card. If they refuse to take any money on a credit card then walk away...This is the best advice I can give when dealing with any dealership and making a large purchase. I cannot say that you will not find a good vehicle here and I am sure that there are many many happy customers. I am not unhappy with the service from the staff who were friendly but the experience could have been better and less stressful.

Had a fantastic experience today purchasing my new car - Steve was amazing all the way through whole process, made me feel completely at ease and was able to get me away the same day with our new family car - Super attentive and friendly!

A really refreshing experience doing business with Jon Bibby at Dace. No hard sell and no attitude. I called into Dace German Car Centre to have a quick look at a car I’d seen online and had the pleasure of speaking with Steve. He genuinely could not have been more helpful.
Steve arranged for the car to be brought over, even though at that stage I only wanted to have a quick look inside. I then went away on holiday for a few days and realised I had a few more questions I’d forgotten to ask. I emailed Steve and he came back to me incredibly quickly with clear and helpful answers.
