Cover is excellent
Cover is excellent, especially compared with other insurers, and for 2nd hand bikes.
I was not able create an online account to access the policy documents, (possibly because my junk mail filters are too strong?) but this is a flaw in the system.
In the end I was emailed the documents but it might be better to do this as standard?

Not the cheapest possible but insurance cover was comprehensive and was easy to cover all our cycles on one policy.

Auto renewal from my first year, and I’ve not need to claim. Price was a little higher this year, I would of thought it would of went down like car insurance, but hey Joe. However service is easy to use, documents delivered. No issues at all.
