Okay, these guys did not get it right first time but they have tried their best to get it right. The first time they made a mistake but errors happen and they have done everything they can to sort it out. This is good customer service so I would have no hesitation despite the issues I’ve had, in recommending them
They obviously care and given Im a new customer They have tried to sort everything out efficiently and politely and You can’t ask for more than that.

Great service yet again. Kept informed as to when parts would arrive. Once they did, bike was booked in to have them fitted. Ridden 170 miles since. Carbon bars...a big thumbs up from me.

With having a 100 mile bike ride in just two days time, I needed urgent help fixing my gears, and re-alligning my derailleur. CycleStreet could not have been more helpful. They sorted it in no time at all and now my bike is like new. Great service, great people, and very reasonably priced. One happy rider. 😁

Replacement of brake disc rotor. Parts researched and ordered in advance, then fitted while I waited so quickly back on the road. Staff helpful as always.

offer a range of bike check ups. this time I went for their 6 month tune up. Quick and effective system to book in and collect. Also good that they send you reminders of your next tune up

My husband and I purchased our Bergamont bikes from Cycle Street one year ago and had the best service from highly trained informative staff , the bikes have been nothing short of excellent , so smooth and easy to ride . Cycle Street have just done a full service on the bikes free of charge as it was within a year of buying them and again the service was excellent , and the bikes are running even smoother now 🤗

These guys rock. I have been using them for years. They are unfailingly courteous and sympathetic; they go the extra mile to sort out your problems, and they are remarkably competitive on price. I went in this weekend with one flat tyre, a further suspected flat tyre (on a different bike) and a suspected dodgy tyre pump. They sorted it ALL out in 30 minutes of me entering the shop (without an appointment) and charged me under £15.
There is also easy parking next to the shop, which is remarkable for (almost) central York.
Seriously, use these guys. Top people; top service; reasonable pricing; great car parking.

We have always bought our bikes from Jon and his fantastic team at Cyclestreet and once again our recent experience of getting my 15 year old son's bike there has been just great! Would always recommend the team as their knowledge is second to none and they really think about what the individual needs.

Wonderful service. Best of the cycle repair workshops in York in my experience. Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly company. Honest about what needs doing and no unexpected charges. Neil kept me informed through out. They treat the cheaper bikes like mine as well as the more expensive makes. Just ridden my bike back home after an annual service and it goes like a dream.

Took my bike in as the chain kept coming off. They gave it a full service. All working great now. Also had a problem with my sons brakes on his bike. The gent sorted this for no extra cost. Very friendly guys and fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

As always amazing customer service. Felt like my bike was in surgery this week but Cycle Street made sure all fears were allayed. Kept me informed and made sure all work was done under warranty. Even got loads of advice on cleaning bike well with good industry practices. Could not have asked for more professionalism!

The folks at Cycle Street in York provide an excellent service. I had some technical issues with a new bike that I'd bought elsewhere. Cycle Street have sorted out the problem which involved working with the manufacturer to get to the bottom of the issue and fit new parts.
