Had a broken Gear cable Thursday Morning 12th . Took it in early Friday 13th .
Was replaced within 1 hour. and gears adjusted.

I know I can trust cyclestreet with my bike and to do a wonderful job keeping it in safe, running order.
The service is always friendly and efficient. The staff listen to my concerns and check the bike through to keep it roadworthy and safe to ride.
I will definitely continuing to use cyclestreet in the future for bike servicing and repairs.

CycleStreet responded really fast to my enquiry, booked my bike in the next day and it was ready to pick up 24hrs later. They were really thorough in detailing what they'd done. Great work, recommended!

We purchased a cycle lock for my partners mobility scooter and on leaving the front wheel came off his new scooter and the Jon at CycleStreet was a life saver and managed to repair for us. We were only visiting for a couple if days and he couldn't have been more helpful 😊

Went in with long list of requirements in a new bike that a few York bike dealers had struggled to fulfil and within 10 minutes Jon had fulfilled all of them, updating me on the progress of my order and delivered on time. Great bike, great service. Steve Flint.

Had my bike in to cycle street York for all new frame bearings, rear wheel and head set bearings. Had a full annual service and a few parts that I’d provided swapped over.
Great service from the very friendly staff.

I dropped my bike off for its first service. I never booked it in as such, just said I’ll leave it with you and pick it up next week sometime. I got an email and a txt two day’s later to say it was all done and ready for collection. It’s the third bike I’ve had from them and would highly recommend recommend them. All round fantastic service from John and his team.

If I could give Cycle Street 10 stars I would. They did a fantastic job repairing my three wheel bike. From start to finish the staff were so caring and dedicated. Nothing was too much trouble..so refreshing today to have people listen and want to genuinely help! Thanks to all staff I wont take my trike anywhere else now! You are amazing!!

I've got nowt but positive feedback for this friendly bike shop. They charged a fair price for repairs and, as always, they kept in touch and agreed with me as to what they should fix or not. As usual, they also did a really fast turnaround on the repair to my bike.

Jon n the team really look after you nothing is 2 much trouble great service speedy repairs but would advise booking 2 get a slot as they get busy. They will always keep u up 2 date with repairs plus will ring if extra parts or anything else needed before they complete the work

The service I received was very good. I had a wheel repaired and trued up and it was done very quickly. And even better news was that I was charged less than the original quote!

Great service, and very quick, on two bikes.

Previous experience (over 2 years prior) was not that great, and I got the impression over a couple of visits that the mentality was replace, not fix, and had to return once due to a faulty tubeless set up - which was fixed for me without any quibble.

Changed my view totally now. They seem to have new mechanics, who are great, and Jon at front of house who really knows his stuff.

It seems to be a sharper, more customer-friendly business now, with good technical expertise.

Great service, very affordable. Will definitely use again.
