HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! Just needed a supervisor about warranty info. Three operators said no supervisor to call back. When you call back, they are at lunch again. They did hang up 2 out of 3 times. No luck. Just out 350.00.

This company is horrible. However you do have an avenue against them the retailer and the brand it was Marketed under. I suggest USA customers Google the magnuson moss act and read it. Then file your complaint against Curtis the brand name sold under and the retailer. I have .

Great Customer Service!

I received a mini fridge for Christmas that was purchased on Amazon. The fridge was missing the handle and the bottle opener. I was told by Frigidaire to reach out to Curtis International for the replacement parts. Curtis International was super quick to respond and I received the replacement parts within a week! I'm very happy with the whole customer service experience.

Do not buy any products that are warrantied by Curtis! They will not fix it or replace it. They will continue to give you a run around, waste your time. Let’s put this company and lying employees out of business!

Curtis International is a foreign company that is envisioned laughing at Americans as we continue to purchase their products while they fail to follow through with standing by their products. I have experienced them sending bogus responses via email claiming that they are waiting for updates from the manufacturer. This response has been taken place for 7 MONTHS. The trained response from customer service via phone contact is always, that they will escalate the response and make certain the issue is resolved. The missing part that I requested 7 months ago and recently is not difficult for them to find and send, yet they continue to lie and manipulate hoping to wear customers down. Today they claimed that they have a new system and that I have a new claim number. Since it has been 7 months, they have no intention of sending the part. I believe the only way these foreigners will take us seriously is if we cease purchasing their products. Frigidaire, RCA, Hamilton Beach and certain soft drinks and beers are some of their products. I suggest that you google the entire list. We need to keep them from laughing at us all the way to the bank.

This is probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Got a mini fridge from my girlfriend for Christmas. The handle was a cheap plastic one that broke upon assembly. I reached out to the company for a replacement of the cheap plastic handle and supplied them with my gift receipt. The email response from this horrible company was “we can’t cover it since it was a gift but will be happy to send you another handle for $15”. My girlfriend is now returning the entire fridge and we will both be more cautious of the companies we buy from moving forward.

I bought the PELTDV1029_COMBO . Which is a tablet and DVD player. It has never updated one time. The website does not work. I called in many times. They Called me back one time . Told me to turn it off and turn back on. Did not change anything. Horrible customer service . Never buy anything from this company again.

I would give it a zero if allowed-I played my under the counter cd player one time and tried again a few days later and wouldn’t play-called Curtis international and was told it was past 90 days and also told me that it’s a common problem with their cd players and I would need to take it to a repair store to fix

Do not order ANYTHING this company sells!!!

Purchased a chest freezer from them through an authorized dealer. Freezer arrived. Plugged it in. Light came on. Discovered four days later that the freezer was not working when I opened it to get a bag of vegetables out. Everything was completely unthawed. Contacted them for a replacement unit. Submitted all of the information they requested at least twice. They are continuing to refuse to replace the unit. They keep referring me back to the authorized dealer who will not replace the unit. I’m confused because the unit should be under manufacturers warranty.

But again they’re refusing to honor the warranty.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! Purchased a water cooler that stopped working while under warranty. Had a laundry list of things I have to take pictures of and do in order for them to consider covering it. Did everything, they said it would either be replaced or refunded. Processing time is 2-3 weeks. It's been over three weeks (over a month since it broke) and I keep being told to be patient, the internal department is working on it. What is there to work on? If you have a replacement, ship it, if not, send me my money. They refuse to provide me with a number for this department that is making the determination. Someone will call me back tomorrow. SCAM COMPANY !! THEY DO SHIT ALL AUTOMATED NO LIVE PEOPLE !!. Do not trust this company!!!

Horrible warranty service

Horrible warranty service. Been almost 5 months since I started the process to return my icemaker, at my expense of 108.00, under warranty. They could not help me until I provided them with my UPS tracking number. It was like we can’t find your shipment without it. What kind of receiving dept do they have? They had serial number and cf number all on the packaging. They have roadblocked me every step of the way with their tactics to get me to give up. I was supposed to have had resolution, of an icemaker or check, on 11-9-24. I received an email months ago stating they would honor my warranty. They stated we will escalate my concern/case. They stated a supervisor will contact me in 3 days. This is all a lie. The contact is a artificial intelligence generated email. My case as they refer to it is pending response from warranty dept. I have asked for a supervisor. None are available. This has been going on for months. Do not expect a warranty if you purchase a product from Curtis industries. They are a joke.

I wish less than one star was an…

I wish less than one star was an option. I purchased a Proscan portable DVD player that worked for 15 minutes and then stopped.

I submitted a claim that they took a while to process and eventually asked for more information only to turn around and tell me that there is on a 90-day warranty on the player.

What kind of company only guarantees an electronic device for 90 days? Seems this product defect is a known issue and that's why the warranty is so limited.

I also noticed tons of BBB complaints. Curtis International needs to do better.

Worst Customer Service I have EVER…

Worst Customer Service I have EVER encountered from any company.
I had a warranty claim on a Frigidaire freezer, which Curtis now markets. I wonder if Frigidaire is aware of how this company is ruining the brand's name. I had to continually follow up, and they seem to do do everything they can to stall, hoping you will just give up. 6 phone calls and 20+ emails. I would get replies (eventually) from a different person each time, and it would be like starting the process from the beginning all over again. Starting with troubleshooting instructions to submitting photos and purchase verification, all of which had been provided by me on the first contact. Six months later, and after threatening to contact Frigidaire, Wal Mart, and the Attorney General, I was finally notified that my claim was approved and they would be sending me a check. That was almost a month ago, and nothing received so far. Stay away from Frigidaire/Curtis.

Every review is very true! This company makes bad products and does not honor their warranty. They will give you the runs around. Purchased the item in April but still not resolved. RUN!!

Zero stars if possible. Everything people have already said about the lack of customer service and failure to uphold their warranty is true. This is a scumbag company and I cannot recommend them or any brand they service (e.g., Frigidaire)

Worse company to ever have to deal…

Worse company to ever have to deal with. I purchased 2 fridgeaire ice machines both within 6 months broke. I have to go through them for warranty and its jump through hoops for their faulty equipment. i had to pay 51 dollars to send it back when it was clear in the picture that it was broke and pieces had come out of
the machine into the ice. it takes the 5 days to respond for each step I started the process in july as of september 10 still not settled.

worst company ever

worst company ever. You probably have a walmart extended warranty on a Frigidaire ice machine and it doesn't work either. These guys have never met anyone like me before. I will make it my life goal to run thier business in the ground. If I dont receive my ice machine shortly I will be contacting walmart corporation and notifying them of the situation and fraud they are contributing to.

Run they are a Scamming Company

I brought my mini refrigerator back on 2/2/24 it stop working 7/10/24. I took pictures and sent it in. Was told that my model number doesn't match on my receipt. So I contacted Amazon, Amazon looked it up, my number is the Part No. Which is the same refrigerator. These folks have blocked my number and will not respond back to my email. So my next step is to contact News station and let them do the investigation. My refrigerator is cover under manufacturer warranty and they are not trying to honor it.
