I ordered my daughter the wrong size in a jumper and emailed for a change before it was shipped out! Gabby replied to me and said she would do her best to get it sorted for me and explained it can be difficult to do! But she done it for me and pulled it through she was so lovely 🥰

Was way easier doing the change to order over the phone and had a awesome customer service lady alphonsine that changed it all over in a matter of minutes. I had been on website trying to do on line was half hour and got no were. Should gave just rang in the first place.

Paid with apple pay. For some reason it automatically paid and confirmed for me without me checking the information and it sent the purchase to my old address!

I submitted a form thru email thinking it would take a couple days and might be too late but Gabby at the your team within 5 minutes caught it and changed it for me! I couldnt be more surprised and grateful for the quick response. Now I dont have to deal with my old terrible landlord or worry about it getting stolen!
