Just your regular repeat customer order with Culture Kings except this time my fat finger added the wrong shoe size to one of the pairs of shoes.
I called the 1300 number to update the sizing and seriously, Donna sorted it in like 30 seconds. No having to over explain or repeating anything. She just sorted it. Love how something so simple is treated as such. Thank you Donna.

Really quick and easy , good customer service

My order was processed fast but have to changed the size of shoes to 9 but was not able to due to unavailability of stock. Gabby helped me processed my request and stopped shipment of my cancelled order.

Janelle was great.. I mistakenly put the wrong address on the order form. she was able to change my address successfully. She was very patient and her customer service skills were impeccable. My experience with speaking with her was above expectation.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Ben. He was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. With it being my first online return I was a little nervous about the whole ordeal and unsure how things would turn out because I was missing the socks.
