I would highly recommend Culture Kings, I had a bit of a hiccup with delivery but Donna at culture kings was outstanding with her customer service and communication in ironing out any questions and issues that were brought up and ver happy with the product, thanks again Donna

Ordered a hat and found out they used Amazon shipping. I suspected something fishy. It was 6/29/26. $48.99. Waited over the july 4th weekend. Nothing. All of a sudden, I checked the link to Amazon shipping and it said delivered JULY 3, which is incorrect.

Then, a staff member of CK replied to my inquiry stating it was delivered. HOWEVER, that means it was delivered to the warehouse and was en-route to me. I called Amazon and had a long conversation with transferred calls, etc. RESULT: AMAZON HAS NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. Amazon said call Amazon Logistics but that phone number is not working. FILED CLAIM WITH MY BANK. No time for games.

THEY LOST A LOYAL PERSON. 😂 My bank is investigating. Up to you to order. This is not slander. I HAVE EVIDENCE THEY ARE INEPT AND in my opinion, scammers.

Amazing experience! I needed to get a sizing changed on an order and Donna was so helpful and really really kind. She sorted out my order and got my sizing changed for me without any issues.

I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size and thought it was all over—that I'd have to send them back and start the whole process again. Thankfully, Donna stepped in and helped change my order. Whilst I find the customer service and overall hip-hop/street vibe of the indoor locations to be pretty cool,they are definately lacking the availability of most things instore as apposed to just shopping online. I wish they had more stuff available, or maybe I just went at a bad time, but I don't think I'll make the trip to go to a store again, much better experience online

I noticed I had the wrong address for shipping after I placed my order.
I emailed straight away (around 9pm)
By 7am I had an email from Gabby confirming she had already amended the order for me.
