Excellent service every time, I take my car in.

Excellent thank you my experience is with Bradley's in Bushey

I purchased my first car, a 59 plate Honda Jazz, from Corwn Honda in Bushey over 3 years ago and although the vehicle itself does not exactly do much for my street credit I cannot complain about the service and aftercare I have received from Fabio and the team! Not only was the car a great price at the time of purchase but it was also low milage and in great condition for the age of the car. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, which Crown resolved prior to the collection of the car, but there was nothing wrong with the actual workings of the car. If I were in the market for another used Honda I would definitely go back to Crown Honda.

I know my positive experience was not a one off as several members of my family have had similar positive experiences when buying cars from Crown Honda.

Apart from the abiding Honda positive Reputation, the contact/sales person (Ambia Malique) made the clear/unique difference!
She came across as inspiring the first time on phone which motivated further meeting at Crown Honda Bushey Office. This positive and meaningfully persuasive attributes were maintained all through the engagements till the deal was concluded,

Was quite impressed when we purchased our Honda Jazz in 2023. They told us that we had three free services left. I recall asking as it had been serviced before we picked it up. Dissapointed now as one of the free services has been used before we picked the car up. The paperwork reflects this but both myself and my wife recall otherwise. Also I have found an extended warrenty for 749 pounds for three years which they will not match. I was told by their service manager that he thought it might not be genuine. A bit strange as a quick look on the internet shows plenty cheaper than Crown Honda. I am intending to take my servicing to another dealer.

Fantastic Sales Team, only let down by the aftercare and ability of the service department and the arrogance of Lee the MD. My car clearly has an issue which they admitted, but are trying to put it down to the age of the car - basically meaning they can't find it - and what has age got to do with it, they can't find the issue because other than raise it on the ramps and look visually they have not done anything else. This is because it would cost them time and money to find. I've been back 5 times and rejected the car as many times within the warranty period. Kwik Fit also identified an issue becasue they took time to listen and test the car, but Bushey really don't care once they have your money. All this is factual backed up with emails, So do yourself a favour and remember Honda is the power of Dreams - Reality is a different matter, Try NIssan, Toyota, Hyundai and Kia for better value and service.

Wow, where do I start. Having had dealings with a number of car dealers in the last few month, with my own ,and daughter's purchase, I can say that I question the quality of cars and preparation at some dealerships - some felt like going back to the 1980's.

Crown and Jason is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional, not pushy and honest. He made time for me, and even accompanied me on the test drive at my request because I was not familiar with the area. The car was immaculate, even on the photos. Sadly I did not purchase today because I already had a deal elsewhere that could not be bettered as this car was of a higher spec, which I did not need.

I did leave genuinely sorry to have not bought a car, as Jason and his sales manager was superb. I have have come to expect high standards from Honda cars and their dealers, and Crown exceeded these.

I walked in a stranger, and when I left, I felt I was saying goodbye to a friend.

I can highly recommend Jason, and Crown for your next car purchase.

Point One
There is a fault. Which has actually been identified by your technician.

Point Two
As above, your tecnician clearly heard the noise and quote “I can feel it too”

Point Three
Yes you heard it and felt it on your trip from the dealership WHICH WAS ONLY 40 Mins away … opposed to the 5 journeys to your Bushey site or 1hr15 each way at my on cost.

Point 4
Your master technician who 100% admitted the fault, supposedly tested another car but I was not there to witness this so again more incompetence from Crown.

Point 5
Yet more incompetence from Lee as he proved he has no intention of trying to solve this issue as he clearly does not read my communications. I have never mentioned 4 independent retailers- ONLY ONE. And they tested the car through kindness and goodwill. Thank you Kwik Fit.
If you want an engineers report please pay for it - somebody else can do your job??

The car was reported faulty 6
Months in and you can’t solve the issue after 5 attempts and admitting there is an issue, so legally you are required to fully refund me and also all my expenses .. fuel, time off work. Also as per previous email I am charging you for storage of said vehicle.

The issue is quote from your workshop manager, “to find the problem we would have to take it apart and that’s time and cost” and you clearly don’t want to honour the warranty then.

And in your email to me to say this is a CHARACTERISTIC OF A CAR THIS AGE is complete nonsense and more feeble attempts to fob me off. This is not a rumble as you say. It’s mechanical and Crown have no clue so just act like the school bully.

There is a fault so come and collect your car, pay the storeage costs and refund me.

This is why the likes of Hyundai and Kia have overtaken satisfaction of Honda because of Dealers like Crown.

“Point one –If there was a fault we would fix it under the warranty. Point two – We can NOT find any faults with your car. Point three - Yes we have heard a rumbling noise via the suspension on a particular road surface that we had to drive to one hour from the dealership. Point four – My Master Technician has rechecked this with an alternative identical car, which has the same attributes as your vehicle. Point five – In your correspondence you have had the car tested by 4 other independent retailers and not one has identified and documented a fault. Point six – Our offer to buy the car back from you at the current market price still stands, but your demand for a full refund for a 5 year old car because of a rumbling noise on one road is obviously unwarranted”. Excellent service as always, would not take my car anywhere else. Bought my Jazz from Crown and love it, always a pleasure to go back for my service and MOT. Excellent service as always from the lovely staff, and comfortable surroundings, and all done quickly and with no fuss.

WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANT!!!!!

Paid £4,000 for a vehicle just 9/10 months ago.

Issue - i actually didn't do anything??????????

Just didn't drive it for 5 days due to illness....

Result - alternator completely died and never worked again!!!!

Cost of new alternator £355
Cost of getting it through MOT £301.48 due to several other issues one might not expect after paying thousands of pounds!!!

In less than 10 months a £4,000 car cost me £656.48 as a result direct result of DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Having now carried out further research into the MOT history and its 'repeated advisories' that was left unresolved for multiple years deliberately passed its warranty (again, my lack of knowledge that this was possible to check online, LESSON LEARNT) is going to cost me thousands more!!

Also - this could well be my lack of observation but it did not have a 'parcel shelf' leaving the boot and any contents i may want to put in it, clearly visible to potential thieves.

All the boot equipment one might expect LIKE A CAR JACK was missing and/or removed

AT LEAST £1,500 WAS ADDED ONTO BOTTOM BOOK VALUE OF CAR

In 1 sale he ripped off another hard working human being for a minimum £1,500 plus almost £1,000 already spent within months of purchase not to mention all the RUST SPOTS that have appeared out of nowhere cleverly hidden (i obsetved) by bits of mud and/or dirt that merely looked like a smudge if dirt...

It was also driven down ti my home illegally without any vehicle Tax AND even though full purchase price had been paid in full between the time i took it for a text drive and paid for then delivered the following week

THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN USED EXCESSIVELY AS THE PPREVIOUS SPOTLESS CONDITION WAS NOW COMPLETELY FILTHY AND COVERED IN MUD AND DUST

Crown motors west Hendon, I must say the staff at crown motors in West Hendon was all amazing. One was smartly dressed and everyone was presentable. First I must say a big thank you to Madaline for her amazing support and professional advice and communication skills was well presented and courteous her mannerisms was very positive and professional. Clive the Manager appearance was just impeccable, clean fresh well presented. Sharon the receptionist is just brilliant polite, also Luke.

the toilet was spotless clean bright also the showroom clean bright lights amazing.

A wonderful experience and amazing staff, no trainers no trousers hanging down. We need more companies like Crown Motors, to have a dress code smartly dressed clean and presentable.

Remember presentation is very inspirational and very important

Crown Honda Bushey heath sorted out my AC problem under warranty. Quick and smooth process. Happy with their service and will be using their service again for regular maintenance.

Excellent service! Just had my Honda hrv serviced and MOT'd at Crown in Hendon. From start to finish the service was excellent - very efficient checking in process, courteous staff, good communications, and at no point did I feel I was being pressured into having unnecessary work done (which seems commonplace elsewhere). Car was ready for collection earlier than expected. I'd be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my CRV (as a used car) from Crown Motors in Bushey and they could not be more helpful. I have just taken it back in for its service and (now) MOT, the service I receive from them remains the same. Efficient, courteous and competent, the staff were brilliant. I cannot say it is the cheapest place I have ever been to get a service BUT it is great value for money, certainly not over priced and I have grown to trust them and I do not want to trust my car to a back street mechanic that might do it a little cheaper. When I got the car back they had done a video showing me what they did and checked, and they even cleaned it (really well). Thank you Crown – look forward to seeing you for my next service.

I used Crown Honda to buy an approved used car. Their service is outstanding all through! The staff are amazing and accommodating. They went the extra mile and brought the car I was interested in to my home address for viewing before buying. Very honest, friendly, and professional staff, particularly Paul from sales team and Dave from finance team who dealt with me👍🏻✅. 100% would recommend. Their Honda finance offers reasonable APR.

The car had a recall for an airbag but they decided to check the underneath for no reason at all. When I went in to the useless dealership there were no rattles but on leaving the exhaust system they touched was now rattling. They are DESPERATE for work and were simply trying to create work for themselves. They did not even deny they heard it and did not mention it!!

The service manager thinks he knows what he is talking about but he is quite hopeless and is simply a bully.

There are loads of independents around Bushy use them they are better cheaper and polite!

Read the other review that some them up rude!

I would advise against using this dealership! Their service department is poor, if you bring your car for warranty repair they will ask you to leave your car for inspection and then just tell you that there was nothing wrong. You will then end up having to go again until you yourself help them to identify the noise or whatever the problem is. With regard to buying, dreadful sales. I recently went to purchase a Honda e, was seen by a Sales Consultant then when I got back from my test drive she was dealing with another customer which I found very rude but was told that the Sales Manager would see me. This so called Sales Manager was rude and had no form of professional salesmanship where you can see that he was least interested in presenting a deal in a proper manner. When told that there was no deal to be made as I had a better offer elsewhere he rudely then stated he found that very hard to believe. He then got ruder. If you want proper service just don't go here as the Directors do not bother to then follow up and wrongly defend their incompetent staff!
